At the appointment I asked if we could get her an oil change as well and Angelo assured me it would be no problem to add that service on. Right away we found out it wasn't just low brake fluid, her rear drums were leaking brake fluid, and thus the reason it was low. Angelo walked me through everything they needed to do, and once I gave approval, I thought "oh boy this is going to run into tomorrow". Negative! Angelo assured me he'd get his guys on it and have it taken care of by closing. At 5pm we picked up the car, all completed, and Angelo even walked me through the photos of the drums (i find this highly helpful, and such a nice addition in trusting the shop!). The whole front office staff were polite and very knowledgeable. Angelo even recommended things to watch out for on my daughter's car. This place takes care of the customer and it has a family feel. I wanted to know my daughter is driving a safe vehicle and Angelo and Joe understood that and went the extra mile! I will not go anywhere else now, they have a customer for life! My car is 20 years old and ac had worked previously. I watched an older male tech look inside my car engine in bay. He then put on hoses attached to a machine. I waited to get any feedback on condition or issues with my car AC but not a word from mechanics here. After waiting and watching mechanic install ac refrigerant another man comes out to tell me my bill is $182 plus. Then he tells me my compressor doesn't work, and I need additional parts and labor $1698 I was shocked! This is suppose to be a car shop that specializes in AC. The mechanics here did not check to see if my compressor, clutch and other parts were working first before adding AC refrigerant to my car? Why not? What kind of shop does this? Swindlers! Earlier the same day I had been to a different mechanic for an estimate for AC refrigerant. I was told within minutes of looking in my engine that I needed a new compressor. No AC was added. No charge either. They were honest! Unfortunately when a car repair shop "specializes" in a specific repair, that doesn't mean a thing at Ice Cold Air in Hudson. Contacted corporate office in Tampa and left message for Ashley Butler CEO of Tampa franchises. No response after two weeks. I filed a report with BBB and my bank disputing charges as the service was fraudulent at Ice Cold Air on US19 and SR52. At no time during my visit to Ice Cold Air was I apprised of any issues with my car's AC working. I assumed it was ok because they installed refrigerant in my car. This repair shop owner is a shyster. He took advantage of a 71 year old disabled retired woman. Never go here!

They VERY hesitantly recommended a discount tire shop saying he wouldn't usually recommend this particular place but he knew they'd be available. While I was on the phone with this other company, I saw an incoming call coming in so I called it back and it was the same guy from Suncoast stating he couldn't, in good conscience, send me to this other place and told me to bring it over.
