Dropped my car here for an oil change around 3 they couldn't get it done. Wasted my time and gave me no notice, will not be back.

I have gone to this location 3 times to fix my ac in the past 2 months. Each time i have come in I have asked if my ac is leaking and I have been told no, but each time I get it "fixed" it stops working approximately 2 weeks later. I do not recommend getting your car fixed at this location unless you wish to take multiple unnecessary trips for something that should only take one appointment. Not coming back read more

Not every corporate mechanic shop in the area can be relied upon, but this store in particular has gone above and beyond for me. I first had my rear brakes replaced and there was a misunderstanding where they did a brake flush by accident that I couldn't afford, they worked with me and got the charge removed and held true to their word (which in itself is extremely rare!) I then brought my car in for an oil change and scheduled to have a tire replaced and they found me a much better priced tire than I usually buy. The staff working their especially Sean and the hands on mechanics gave me a lot of useful and helpful info for maintenance I didn't even consider. They're funny, knowledgeable, and very patient with people who don't know the first thing about cars. I couldn't be happier with their service and professionalism, and would ABSOLUTELY recommend this shop to anyone who needs their car fixed right. read more

I would recommend going elsewhere for your tire needs or an oil change. I was in a rush and running late so I gave it a try. It was a big mistake. The feel of the place is kind of shady and the manager is a bit of a hustler. My car was running okay but didn't work properly when I got it back from an oil change and two new tires. Stuff happens and it was on its last legs anyway, but when I got a chance to take it back a couple of days later the guy was jerk and very accusatory. Why would I put two new tires on a car that wasn't running right (and basically undriveable.. stalling out irregularly including on the drive from this place..). Anyway, I'm not saying they messed up my car necessarily, although they may well have shorted out a system or caused some other problem. Crap oil? Wrong kind? I dunno. It was an old car and had issues. But it was definitely running when I brought it in and definitely stalling irregularly when I left there around closing time to meet up with my girlfriend. And to be accused of being shady by the manager when I took it back to see if maybe changing the oil out or if moisture had gotten into the system (it was raining at the time) or if they had any ideas.. screw that. I know I should have taken it back in the next day but honestly I probably put it off a bit because you pretty much know how it's going to go and I wasn't nearby. I'm not saying they for sure messed my car up, but regardless they didn't treat me right or with consideration. This is what I get for trying to get my oil changed and some new tires to fix up an old ride! :P Never again. Go to Hudson Tire on 19 (although they aren't the quickest at least they don't mess stuff up or treat you like a criminal) or any other reputable place instead. read more

my battery was completely shot while i was 45 min from home and charlie was an anger and calmed me down while i was stressed and explained everything to me in a perfect way. and thanks to alan who replaced it!! they made the whole thing super destressful! read more

had oil change, was told needed major repair with cost over 2000 dollars. Took car to my dealer, they found that the oil filter was not put on properly which was causing leak. No major repair needed. Will never bring my car to be serviced there. read more

Bought a new Interstate battery at this Tires Plus location. Battery went bad while still under a prorated warranty. When I called Tires Plus to ask what the prorated price would be to replace my battery they quoted a price of $164.94. I was shocked and asked to speak to the manager who told me that's Interstates replacement price and they had no say in it. So I called the Interstate Corporate Office-warranty division and gave them my information only to find out that the prorated cost of the battery was actually $89.07. Tires Plus clearly was ignoring the warranty and essentially was trying to overcharge me $76.00. I had to go to another Interstate battery dealer that I didn't even buy it from to get my warranty exchange. Needless to say, I'll never do any more business with these unsavory people and if you're smart you won't either. read more

Couldn't ask for better customer service from a very busy crew. I heard a tire flap flap flap sound and thought I had caught a twig in the wheel well. When I got home I discovered I had a thick bolt in my tire which I must have run over after getting gas at a local station. It was 3:00 pm three days after Christmas on a Saturday and I wasn't sure if any place would be open. I called Tires Plus and they said to bring it in and they will try and get to it as they were very busy. I got there and there was a line at their register. This Tires Plus was busy with all lifts filled and mechanics working. Kent was very nice but shared that they may not get to it before they closed as two more folks just got in ahead of me with other issues. I shared that I had to wait because it was just me and I had no other way home. Even if I was the last customer, if they were willing to do the work, I would happily wait. I had my book and read for a few hours while they responded to the myriad of customers in the nicest fashion and then called me up at 5:33 (they closed at 5:00pm) and had removed the bolt and did a permanent repair on the tire. I could not have been happier and they have a permanent customer in me. Thank you Kent and crew. read more

I had an appointment at 3pm for one new tire, arrived at 245. They did not get my car into a stall until 430 then completed everything at 545. I was there for 3 hours! I was about to leave pissed off much earlier but then a woman was denied credit to get a battery. Another guy waiting on his car, a stranger to her, paid for her new battery (about $125). It's not something you see often, it kept me from getting pissed off waiting so long. Then Deana apologized to me for having me wait so long and offered a free oil change, worth about $80. Not the best place if you're in a hurry, but customer service was pretty great. I'll definitely be going back, but will just drop my car off rather than wait next time. read more

Had the worst experienes with this place. One time they tried to return my car with a flat tire saying I brought it in that way because the car never left their lot or touched the road. Meanwhile, an honest mechanic called me over and said that was a lie because he saw a mechanic take my car out and drive it. I had another incident I had to call corporate over. Dishonest! I am actually lucky the car was in an accident and I wasn't locked into them thru the lifetime warranty corporate gave me for my trouble. Mind you, this happened a while ago, but generally a zebra doesn't change its stripes. read more

This is the most convenient Tires Plus location for me, but I'm finding a new shop. My Air Conditioner was worked on - which took forever - and it has never worked correctly since. What was unsettling then was their coming out with a laundry list of items that I also needed done. I truly felt they were trying to pad the bill and suck more money out of me. As a new customer, they were right on top of things. Now it is hard to get an appointment, they never seem to have the "tech" you need when you need it. HOURS of waiting and they just don't care. read more

Here's the deal. I made an appointment and got here on time. Have now been waiting 40 minutes for my car to be brought into the service bay. To add insult to injury a guy who came in here after me and without an appointment is having his car brought in before me. When I asked I was told it would be brought in right away. Pretty obvious that women are set to the side here. Very disappointed in this male friendly (female unfriendly) environment. Will look for a different location (or more likely business) for my future tire needs. Which is really sad. read more

This store from start to finished were professionally competent, technically sound, friendly and price was what was stated at the completion of the job. Technicians are very thorough. I would give 0 stars if I could. Been here 4 times since end of october for same exact tire losing air, and 1st two times they said it was two different nails and they charged me for 2 different patches. I was skeptical the 2nd time that I got another nail in the same exact rear drivers side tire in one month but none in any of my other tires, but the guy brought a nail in to show me. Few weeks later same exact tire started losing air for 3rd time and my mom took it over and gave her phone # so they didn't know it had been there twice before with nails and they had already done 2 patches. This time they told her they didn't know why it was losing air and looked like someone damaged it doing repairs and just filled it with air and sent her on her way. Again, about a month goes by and tire starts to go low again. Now 4th time she goes back and gives my phone # and of course it's a nail again, in the same exact tire. Who would believe that they ran over 3 different nails in 4 months in the same exact tire. Especially since it was losing air a month ago but they didn't find a nail that time and even said they didn't know why it was losing air. I don't work so no long commutes, I don't drive on highways, near any construction sites, just through neighborhoods and local roads nearby. The other 4 cars in my household drive same roads as me plus more since they all go to and from work and none have had any nails at all. My advice is to skip this place completely and go somewhere with better reviews who are known as reliable and not shady. read more
