Been going there for many years…read more I was told my battery was going to need replacing so I took their advice and had them replace it. On my way home my friend followed me and told me I had leaked fluid all the way including my driveway/ garage. Called TopLine and told them what happened. They assured me they didn't know what it could be but it wasn't anything they did. The next day I drove it to their shop as all my engine lights came on immediately. TopLine said I had a broken anti-freeze reservoir and after checking the internet they found one (the only one in the world, mind you) it would cost me $700. He ordered it and for some reason I felt I was being scammed. I checked ebay and found 2. I ordered one for $319.99 plus $30 shipping from Melbourne, FL. Topline lowered their price from $700 to $375 as well as advising me they did not break the reservoir tank. I arrived home and as I was walking past my car in the garage the trim fell off my hood. All the clips were broken and they had put gobs of black gooey 3M on the hood to hold it on until it left their shop. I ended up taking my car to Joe's Collision down the road and he charged me for the part only and no labor after I told him what TopLine did to my car. Not only do they damage parts on your car they won't "own" up to it when they do...but they scam you with increased prices for the damage they caused and God help you if you dare to complain because they'll damage something else on your car.

I've since gone back there since after Alan has retired and I don't find the same quality of service. I bought four brand new tires and had an alignment. It pulls one side when you step on the brakes and has a little bouncing one of the other tires. I did mention it to them and they said bring it back. They check it out I have not. So that's on me. I for one wish Allen would come back and should not be allowed to retire. Also, why they changed all four tires I would assume that they would notice the rubber bumpers on the lower A-frame were broken and needed to be replaced. But apparently they're not as thorough as they once were I must've told 100 people to come here that it was a safe place to come and get quality work done at a reasonable price. Now I don't feel that way and I feel bad that I told that many people.

I paid for an alignment out-of-pocket, which was fine. Well here it is eight months laterthe back tires are so worn out the steel is coming through the tire. The owner Jonathan tried to tell me it was because I did not rotate the tires within the eight months. Well. He should know because he put on the tires that you cannot rotate the tires on that sports car because they're different sizes the back and the front he then told me it would be under warranty. I bring the car three hours later. He calls to tell me that I would have to pay half the money I said no thank you I will take it somewhere else. Lo and behold before I call the home office, he decided to change them out for me. If you're a woman beware this place is a scam for woman. Another person would've said sure I'll pay for it when the tires are defective. I hope as a community business they do better. Even if these tires are defective, I will not be going back. I do have the number of the CEO and that's who I will be calling.

Another customer came and left with a tyre while I was still waiting. During this time, the staff did not address the tyre issue. Instead, they focused on inspecting and attempting to upsell me on known pre-existing maintenance issues, without my knowledge. All I had was a slow leak! After the extended wait, the only information provided was that the tyre could not be fixed. Crucially, no replacement tyre was offered, nor was there any explanation provided for why another tyre could not be offered. I left the shop after 6:00 PM. They only thing they did was change out the leaking tyre for my donut. The lack of service and removal of the wrong tyre and the aggressive upselling tactics resulted in a total waste of my time. I request clarification regarding your service priorities and why a replacement tyre option was not presented.

I gave them to go ahead to diagnose it. The girl tells me it's a front pass wheel bearing and costs $1200+. I said "for a wheel bearing?" She said it's for the 96 dollar part+arms+alignment+labor. Well I said that's crippling. She said if nothing else, I must do the bearing and labor bc it's dangerous without,but that costs $450. Well I had to agree since they know people not going to forfeit the 100diag fee.plus I trusted them this far.she did say it's going to be a while,and boy was it. My car sat there for a little over 2hrs when I decided I'll go next door for some fries and was there for 30-40 min also looking up pricing for front wheel bearing and labor. Most ranges were $159-300, or up to 500 if u had a truck or aftermarket parts or something complicated. I wondered why my nisson rogue was close to the 500 range. So I asked the man ringing me up. He said it's bc of the $350 labor and $100 part. I asked if it was a complex job he said no but it's the 2 1/2 labor. I said " I've been here the whole time, only worked on my car for 1hr.max. he said I didn't have to take it there to be fixed. I told him well I'm kind of locked in bc people aren't going to walk away from the $100 fee they charge. The girl chimes in saying " everybody charges a diagnostic fee". I said that's not true at all but.....have a nice day. I will not be a victim of this bogus charge again on top of this completely overpriced shop "tire depot" on spring hill drive. Lost the business of my family of 4 after charging me $350 alone,for 1hr of labor and 2hrs of my car in the parking area. From 2:35-5:30pm.

Fair prices, (which isn't always what many are finding out) and turnaround time is excellent. My car is a 2003 and it's a comfort knowing they help keep it in good running condition.
