My husband and I bought an RV and was on our way home (was 130 miles away to pick up the RV) We got about 5 miles from home and the two inner rear tires blew out! When we stopped at a Publix we say that the driver side tire and a 4 inch bubble on the side. Needless to say we could not go anywhere. Called insurance co. the next day (since it was about 11pm already on Friday when we had the blow outs.) Went on Sat and call Ins and they sent out a company.....the guy said that he did not have the equipment to change out the spare (since we were so close to home we would get it home at least) Called Ins back, they sent another co. out and this was funny almost. He was driving a PT cruiser and had a battery operated thing to try to take the lugs off and a sizzer jak to attempt to jack up the RV!! OK, so third call to Ins Co and as I had told them before that it was an RV 33 ft long and we needed a truck repair Co. Well they sent out a company MTS ( Millennium Tire Service and the gentleman changed out the spare to the front driver side but told us that all the tires were dry rotted and that it was not safe.We decided to attempt to take RV home and got about a mile and a half down the road to Moonlake and 52 and the serpentine belt broke! Well this was an Omen not go any farther with those tires. So the next day my honey gets the belt and attempts to put it on (after 4 hours and no luck) We decided to called MTS and Eric (such a sweetheart) and he had 6 new tires in stock and he sent a truck out with the tires and had all changes out there in the parking lot. Now this was on Monday. Eric knew about the belt and he gave me a number to call, no luck, that guy gave me a number to call, no luck. Then Eric gave me another number to call and here we go. Since my honey (69yrs old) could not get the belt on this kind gentleman from Accurate Fleet Service, Neal Nilsen, and another gentleman came out got under the RV and found that the belt was the wrong size!!! (MY POOR HONEY). They waited until I ran down and got the proper belt and my goodness, it took all about 5 minutes and the belt was on. Again and they only charged us 40 dollars!! Now how kind are these people, they are awesome and I guess the Good Lord knew that something would happen if we tried to go home and made us wait until Monday. My honey and I thank Eric and Neal and the others that took the time to help in our time of need. I would tell every to go to MTS for tires and Accurate Fleet for service.for road side repair of your vehicle. Thank you guys and God Bless read more
