I was not disrespectful myself, though their new office manager is. She was horrible. Each time I tried to call back to speak with the Ops Manager, aka the owner, she put me on hold and didn't come back, wouldn't answer the phone at all or hung up on me. She will not let me speak with the Ops manager. I dont know how else to get through to him. This is the most unprofessional situation I've encountered. How do you go from such a great office lady to 2 horrible ones, and the worst of the 2 you put in the role of a manager. I'm still trying to reach the Ops manager. I was a customer of yours for years. I've never had any experience like this. Any other situation was easily resolved with the last office manager. And there were only ever a couple non major situations that had to be resolved in the last 4 years I have been a customer. What happened today was completely unwarranted, unacceptable and unprofessional. I'm still open to discussing with the Ops manager. I guess that's his business and choice. But you don't get to treat people like this. I've never treated anyone there disresoectfully. Today was off the chain disrespectful and I honestly was calling to clarify and understand and resolve. As I recall, initially the number I called for BRM went to someone else who told me they were getting my info to the right person. Darryck contacted me shortly after and needed to inform me when he could do the job based on another larger move customer the same week we needed. By the end of the next day he had locked me in to the next Wednesday, which was perfect for us. After talking to Darryck more and asking why he doesn't have any online presence on Google and Yelp for that matter, I found out that he has recently purchased the business from a former employer and is having a hard time getting these online listing services to allow him to set up the business under new ownership with the same business name. Also, the Facebook representation had no posts since June 2022, so at first, I was dubious. Well, Darryck is apparently focusing on providing good work more than online presence. He was great on communications. Answers his phone, texts and emails in reasonable time for a man physically doing the work. He was the only mover who sent me a quote on letterhead as a .pdf. He and his partner worked as if THEY were paying for my move. They really hustled, in a good way, I wasnt concerned about the cargo due to them working so fast. He charged their time from the moment they arrived and began working to the last box landing at the other end. Very reasonable and came in at a fraction of his estimate for his final bill. Note: We were very prepared with very little to disassemble and almost everything boxed, staged and ready to go. It was a small move and they knocked it out like it was nothing. The better YOU prepare, the less expensive your move will be. These guys work HARD by the hour. Anything you can do to make their job easier, simply saves you money. The less you leave them to do, the less your cost is going to be.

*Negligence and lies during the resolution…read more On May 3rd, they were scheduled to deep clean a studio apartment deep. They have great reviews, and their carelessness during this session caused significant issues. They were notified the dog groomer would be coming to pick up my dog, so everything should have been clear. But instead, they proceeded to clean the countertops and moved a $400 crystal and a small can of paint from the counter to a very small end table 18 inches away from the counter. This would never have been my choice, as it is a recipe for disaster; they could have bumped into it, and anything could have happened. The crystal and paint get knocked off, which they believe was the groomer's fault. I cannot confirm or deny anything because I was not there during the cleaning. Anywho, they are the ones who chose to move these objects there where they could be easily knocked off. The dog groomer notified me that the dog was covered in paint and had gotten in his eyes. She also informed me the crystal was broken, and the cleaners were "so so sorry" and were cleaning it up. The cleaners have yet to reach out. So I messaged them and asked them to move any glass out of the way so it would not harm the dog or cat. When I got home, paint, and dozens of crystal pieces were all on the rug. During these 90 minutes of my absence, the cat had gotten the crystal pieces in her feet and bled on the carpet, couch, and dining room table. The dog also had pieces of crystal in his paws. Both animals had to be taken to the vet to ensure they did not eat any of it. Unfortunately, I cut my hands open during the clean-up and the following days. I contacted them on May 6th and got a callback; I was told they would get back to me ASAP. I followed up on May 9th and May 18th, requesting information to file an insurance claim. On May 18th, they denied any responsibility in the matter. Today -- they claimed, "Respectfully we did not move the crystal." There is no way they did not move it as well as the can of paint because it was not on the end table when I left, and they were there before the dog groomer. They moved it unless my cat had thumbs and carried both objects from the counter to the end table. Unless I am haunted, and a demon moved it, the cleaners moved it. Again -- I do not believe it is intentional, but their negligence caused significant damage. I did not pay them to come home to hours of work and hundreds of dollars in bills. I have had to replace the rug and crystal. I had to pay professional cleaners to get all the tiny glass pieces up and work on the remaining furniture. Both animals had to receive medical attention as well. It is bizarre that they double down, defer blame to the groomer and then lie and say they didn't move the objects in the first place. It should not be such an issue for them to have given the information to file a claim.
