While we were not…read morefamiliar with this particular UPS store, it was convenient as we would be passing through Warrenton on route to another destination. The store is in a small shopping center with its own parking lot. Between construction work on Lee Highway directly in front of the store and a lot of movement in the shopping center's parking lot, the area was very congested. Once inside, there were two employees helping two customers, while I waited in line. The line was slow-moving but once I reached an employee, she was friendly and helpful. My actual transaction took less than a minute while the wait was closer to five. The shop was clean and well-organized.

She in fact, made it that I will go somewhere else, especially since she got in my face about how this "the UPS store" was privately owned. Since it is a privately owned business, there is one down the street that I will use and is closer to my work and in fact from here on out, I will continue to tell people about the horrible experience I had today. I never had a problem with anybody before but this experience I will not use UPS again ever! Too many each other choices in the world to get my hard earned money

Sounded like a good plan to me. When I went to pick up my ring, the sizing was perfect (and at a reasonable cost), and the ring looked terrific. However, the manner the channels were reinforced changed the essential look and shape and feel of the ring. What once was a smooth cusp across the surface had become this stair-stepped ribbon of ridges. It no longer looked like my ring, nor did it match my wife's ring. I expressed my disappointment, noting that I had not been informed of the intended change. The jeweler, Jim, was on-site and attempted to smooth the ridges a bit. The problem was lessened, but not resolved. So we talked more about my expectations and how it might be accomplished. Jim agreed to give it another go. When I returned later in the day, Jim had corrected the problem, built up the channels, and returned the ring to its original aesthetic. I am very happy with the results. What's more, in dealing with the problem, the staff at Warrenton Jewelers were professional, polite, and eager to make things right. All in all, a good experience, and I'd recommend their services to others. One last comment: I did a little browsing while they looked over my ring. This place is far more than a jewelers. I saw a station for tux rentals, several items of clothing, some eclectic art, small gifts, etc. Pretty cool shop!

Here's the BIGGEST THING, however: it's hard to tell how good an establishment is when everything flows smoothly. Much more telling is how things are resolved when one encounters the unexpected. I moved out of my unit a mere 3 days into the new month, though, of course, I had paid for the full month. Due to some miscommunication I was given to understand I had access to the rental truck for the duration of the month I had paid for - which turned out not to be accurate. With just a minimum of clarification and explanation, the manager made right the situation. Five stars to CubeSmart, TEN stars to manager Arline Rupard.

Early on, I asked what those were because $7.35 a shirt is way past my comfort level. On my last visit I noticed that my receipt listed 3 shirts to get hand finishing. I asked which three and why. The clerk pulled out three shirts and said it was because they contained polyester. 1) Many of my shirts are cotton/poly blends and Acclaim had been laundering them for months. 2) Two of the three shirts the clerk said required the special handling were 100% cotton. Maybe the clerk was just having a bad day but I was left with the feeling she was making it up on the fly. Now looking for a new laundry.

He said I'll be at your house in 30 min and he was! He unloaded my furniture and took away a smaller dresser I didn't want any more. He was so nice!
