They were available within a couple days of contacting, which was great because we were getting our new couch soon! When they arrived, they were quick, efficient, and careful with the objects that had to be removed. I put most of it on the old couch and the paint and wood was by the door so they could quickly gather it up. They got everything done in about 15-20 min! I was amazed.
