These guys were perfect. Never had issues with pickup, they took ANYTHING. It was great. Unfortunately, just got a notice Webb won't be servicing us anymore. Signed up for service two weeks ago, I'm being charged for service and the trash was never picked up! You need to call multiple times and leave tons of voicemails in order for someone to return your call. I'm thankful we do not have HOA and I was able to get rid of them in a sec even if I had to pay for two pick ups that never happened . read more

Odd to see all the negative reviews. I have used them for 5 years and have had great service never an issue with any pickup. I recommenced them to all my neighbors who were having issues with their removal service and all converted. read more

LAZY, USELESS AND LOUSY COMPANY FULL OF THIEVES This company stole my perfectly good Ames wheel barrow that I had some yard trash in and they claimed they thought it was trash. They NEVER brought it back. I have put other beat up containers of trash there but they took the trash and not the beaten up containers because of the benefit they found in that trash. They take out of the trash the thing that they know will benefit them and leave customers with nothing but TRASH. They do not return calls unless you pretend you are looking to sign up for their service. This is because this is the kind of call that they hope will bring them more money. They are NOT concerned about their existing customers it is all about what will benefit them. I put a few bags of trash out there and they refused to pick it up because they did NOT see any benefit in it. If I could give a less than 1 star rating, I would give -100 read more

Being able to keep this company as my trash service was one of the things I took into consideration when looking for my new house. They have NEVER missed a single pick up! They leave the 2 cans that I have exactly as I had placed them, not fallen over or 5 feet apart after the pick up. Great service and great value! read more

This company is horrible. Since I live in Woodbridge I deal with the Dumfries office and they are completely unorganized, do not return phone calls even if they say they will, and no one knows the policy there regarding if an animal chews a hole in the trash can lid. I called at least 5-6 times and even left multiple messages to let them know my trash can lid needed to be repaired or replaced since an animal chewed on mine. The first lady I spoke with said they would come out and look at it then replace it well that never happened since my trash can lid still had a hole in it. It took me to call 2 more times and the lady said oh let me look into it and I will call you back well let's just say that never happened then I called again and finally got threw to speak to someone and it was a different lady and she was very rude. She told me that it would be $25 to replace the trash can lid and I was just surprised cuz the other lady said it would be taken care of and never told me there was a fee associated with. Apparently, they wanted to charge a fee since the guy who came to look at it said it was an animal that would keep damaging the lid now I have lived in my house for 3 years and this is the first time this has ever happened so how can they tell me its gonna happen again. When I asked to speak with a manager she told me that she was the only person there and I could only speak to her which in my opinion is not very good business. Now she did say she could give my number to someone else but they do not have to call me back. I was furious when she told me that like how do you run a business like this and have no management especially when this lady was being so rude after I was promised to get my trash can lid repair. Trash pickup is touch and go. Two days this week and no pickup. Had to call and cancel which they were okay with. No trying to have you stay or anything. Going with American Disposal which is cheaper per month and provides online paying, too. read more

This company is great. Moved to an area where I could choose my own company. Out I the options I saw and with experience with other companies, I chose Webb Bros. So glad I did. From the first contact to all the pick ups I couldn't be happier. Actually owe them a tip and they will get it. Kids set trash and recycling out on a windy night and it blew all over the place before the pick up. I had no idea that happened until my son said he saw the folks in the woods cleaning it up. Last company used typically made a mess, not clean it up. Again, couldnt be happier. If they read this, never will they have to go cleaning up after us again. read more

I cannot rave about this company enough, especially considering how many companies I have dealt with over the years. Webb Brothers has some of the kindest people answering the phones and some of the hardest working guys on the street. I cannot tell you what all manner of junk they hauled off from the front of my home. I am so sad I have moved and can no longer use them! Great customer service! I called and left a message for a quote. Within a few hours I received a call back and was able to schedule a pick up for the next day. Webb Brothers provided a fair quote that blew away the other 3 quotes I had. They called the next day to confirm the window and showed up promptly on time. The gentlemen that showed up were professional and efficient. I will definitely use their services again in the future and recommend them to all my friends and family. read more

We've been in the Woodbridge / Dale City area for more than twenty years and they're the best we have ever had. They come early (before 6am) and they have never left anything in front of our home. Excellent service and I intend to leave them a substantial Christmas bonus. Our neighbors use another company and they complain often.
