I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Angela's General Cleaning Service Inc.,…read moreespecially Angel and Jose! I am disabled, and moving was extremely overwhelming for me because there was so much I physically could not do. Angela and Jose, and their team were absolutely amazing. They were thorough, quick, trustworthy, dependable, and incredibly kind. They were the only company I contacted that actually came to my home to assess what I needed. They worked with me when I had to change dates, and they always came through for me. The biggest thing they helped me with was packing and unpacking, and they were absolutely exceptional. They packed up my belongings, carefully boxed everything, moved it to my new, smaller place, put everything where it belonged, and unpacked it for me. I felt so bad that I couldn't physically help, but they never made me feel bad about it. They were patient, respectful, and understanding the entire time. They completed everything in one day, which was incredible considering how much there was to do. Their timing and efficiency were exceptional. Angela's General Cleaning Service Inc. also offers many other services, including steam cleaning, painting, and other home services, which I think adds a wonderful personalized touch. In my particular situation, my landlord handled some of those things, so I can only personally speak to the wonderful packing, moving, and unpacking service I received. And they didn't stop there! The next day, on Saturday, Angela and Jose came back to help me with some large, heavy wall hangings that needed to be hung. They were very heavy, but they still came through for me. That meant so much to me. I also want to say that I never felt like I was being overcharged. They were very fair, honest, and trustworthy, and I felt completely comfortable having them handle my belongings. I couldn't have asked for a better company to help me through my move. They made a very stressful situation so much easier for me, and I am genuinely grateful. If you are looking for a cleaning, packing, or home-service company, PLEASE give Angela's General Cleaning Service Inc. a call before you choose someone else. Talk to Angela explain what you need, and let her come out and assess the job. You will quickly see why I trust them with my home and my belongings. Don't just take my word for it--give them a chance to earn your business. I truly believe you will be glad you did! If you've been putting off a move, cleaning, packing, or those projects around your home because you don't know who you can trust, call Angela and Jose. They show up, get the job done, and genuinely care about their customers. Thank you, Angela, Jose, and the entire team at Angela's General Cleaning Service Inc., for everything you did for me!

Requested a photo of the sofa be emailed, which I did, and had a very reasonable quote and pick up scheduled in no time. On the day of the pick up, we were called about 20 minutes out, and earlier than our pick up window, which was really nice. The two gentlemen who took care of the pick up (I wished I had their names) were excellent and really nice. Carefully removed the sofa from the house to truck and all was said and done in about 10 minutes. Absolutely recommend this excellent company and will be working with them again throughout this year.

As a long-time customer, I appreciate being able to have my packages delivered there and know they're safe and secure rather than worrying about porch bandits. I noticed a lot of the negative reviews tend to be one-time customers. Of course, any time you ship a package and have it misplaced it's an incredibly frustrating experience. But mail and more is not responsible for the item's actual transport. JennifeEmily, Diane, and Bob always have a welcoming smile and warm greeting. Jennifer and her staff are a pleasure to work with. Update: I ordered some books from Amazon that I needed in time to attend a book festival in another state. Amazon shipping notifications had the books arriving Tuesday. When I checked on delivery, the USPS had shipped the books all over the place. From the Amazon facility at Ashland to Stafford to Locust Grove and then back down to Richmond. I'd gone in earlier on Wednesday to check when USPS might be delivering mail, and Jennifer said it varied by day. I told her I was waiting for some books I needed for the trip and if they didn't arrive, we'd just need to re-buy them so we had them for signature and return the ones ordered from Amazon once they arrived. Shortly before closing time Jennifer contacted me to tell me the package had arrived, so we were able to get them. Thanks!
