Unfortunately, after delivery, we discovered it was about 2 inches too long to make it up the staircase. Most people would have called it quits, but not Kevin. He matched my determination to make it work, came back with additional crew members, and developed a completely different plan. They carefully and professionally hoisted the couch up the outside of my home and brought it in through a top-floor window (24ft+) Their problem-solving, persistence, teamwork, and professionalism were outstanding. They treated my home and furniture with great care throughout the entire process. What seemed like an impossible situation ended with the couch exactly where I wanted it. If you need movers who go above and beyond, don't give up when faced with a challenge, and truly care about getting the job done right, I can't recommend Kevin and his team highly enough. They exceeded every expectation! Thanks again, Kevin!!

They ordered a shirt for me and it arrived Friday and my shirt was ready Friday at lunchtime. Another local place wanted $40. And, my shirt looked awesome, with a photo I had taken on it, and I wore it in the recent Prince 5K Purple Rain Run. That kind of customer service is appreciated and I thought their shop had some great stuff in it. They literally can do anything there!! If I need another shirt, or a trophy, challenge coin, plaque, etc., I know where to go! Thanks Greg!!

I've been shopping at Burlington Coat Factory for a few years and had no idea that this magnificent…read moretailoring establishment was located near the fitting rooms! If I didn't search Yelp!, I would never have known. I read the great reviews and decided to give them a shot. I had three suits that I could no longer wear because I had lost a lot of weight and at least 6 inches from my waistline. Getting the pants to look like they fit me normally instead of fitting me like a clown would be challenging, but I decided to go for it and I was pleasantly surprised. The first fitting left the pants a little loose, but once I brought them back, they were corrected in no time. I wore my suits this past week and no one noticed that the pants were once a size 38 waist! My boss probably didn't know that it was the same suit I wore during my interview, 50 pounds before. My only complaint is that I did not know of these gentlemen sooner. I will be bringing more trousers to them for fitting, I still have a few that could be tightened up around the waist... Oh! I forgot to add, their pricing is fair. I once had to pay more to have a pair of pants brought in than I paid to purchase the pants, when taking them to a dry cleaner one time. I paid a fraction of the cost this time, and much more work was done. Thank you so much for breathing life back into three suits I was sad to have stopped wearing, even though the reason was a good one.

They were able to turn my dress around pretty quickly, but there were issues -- it was tightened too much so I couldn't zip it up and they had adjusted the straps and didn't reinstall the bra strap loops. I was going on a trip and really wanted to take the dress with me so they had me wait on site and quickly let it out a little bit. I appreciated that they were willing to do that. They loosened it enough that I was able to zip it up without issues, but the front was bunching in a weird way. They were closing and I was leaving on my trip the following day. When I asked if I could bring the dress back to readjust the straps after my trip (which they had done as part of my order, also evidenced by the missing bra strap loops), they said they hadn't adjusted the straps and that I couldn't bring it back. The cost was $70. I don't think I'll be going back to this tailor. My friends have recommended others who charge a lot less and will ensure you're happy with the fitting before they close out the order. So I'll be taking this dress to someone else now to do the final fixes for an additional cost. :/
