That price is outrageous and completely unreasonable for a single piece of furniture. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and would not recommend this service to others. If my mother needs any other furniture removed, I personally will be calling a different hauling company.

They picked the dumpster up the day after I was done with it with no issues. I did notice that the person who picked up the dumpster didn't check the door to make sure it was secure first before loading it so I was glad I was able to secure it myself. Be sure tell them if you're having trouble locking it shut before they take it away in case they forget to check. I will be calling them again for another load some time in the future!

We researched places to get junk removal so we could get it done all at once. They quoted us $179 which was really reasonable! They were available within a couple days of contacting, which was great because we were getting our new couch soon! They called at around 9:15 and said they would be at our house in 20 minutes (our original time was 10am, I think). I appreciated that they didn't have us wait around all day for them. When they arrived, they were quick, efficient, and careful with the objects that had to be removed. I put most of it on the old couch and the paint and wood was by the door so they could quickly gather it up. They got everything done in about 15-20 min! I was amazed. We went to pay and they said we would get a call. Someone called moments after and we paid over the phone. We got 10% off with the coupon on their site for being a first time customer, so we paid around $160. Great deal! We will use them again if needed. Also, they try to reuse/recycle as much as possible! Awesome mentality.
