When it's your weekly trash pickup day, there are several inches of snow on the ground, and it is…read moresupposed to keep snowing for several more hours, you wouldn't be surprised if the trash truck driver decided to delay your weekly pickup until the roads were more drivable. That's just part of living in the country. So we were surprised when we received a personal courtesy call from Time Disposal informing us that the driver had decided that the roads were getting too difficult to drive on and they would be delaying our weekly pickup. They didn't have to call individual customers to to inform us, but they did. They're obviously a customer-oriented company. Well done, Time Disposal.

I was on the phone with four reps, explaining this in the most polite terms. I got two hang-ups and by the fourth rep and two hours on the phone, I simply gave another card, because I was told I would have to transfer to another line to ensure payment. Then, I received a new email that the "new" card payment is declined. There is no problem with this card either. Previously, I have had other issues with pick-up. I see several negative reviews on the site recently. Go elsewhere, if you have local options. GFL is a disaster.

I am extremely frustrated with the service--or complete lack thereof--provided today…read more During the initial pass, an American Disposal Service worker walked right past my trash bin while the truck was maneuvering. Because the truck was temporarily out of range, he simply left the trash sitting there. Moments later, the truck backed down the street and completely ignored my bin on its second pass. I contacted customer service twice regarding this oversight. Both times, I was explicitly assured that the driver was circling back to correct the mistake and empty the bin. It is now past 7:00 PM, and my full trash bin is still sitting out on the street. Missing a pickup due to a maneuvering issue is one thing, but being ignored on a second pass and then repeatedly misinformed by customer service is completely unacceptable. I expect the service I pay for to be completed reliably.

They moved our possessions out of a two-bedroom apartment into a local self-storage in addition to taking away some items we didn't want. They also helped with other tasks beyond what was promised on the work order and were nice, friendly, and helpful all around. Joe, the owner, and Thomas did our job and were the best. They are also great because they can respond on a same day basis if necessary. We will be using this company for all our near term junk removal, clean up, and local moving needs. We highly recommend them.

So here I am wondering who will carry the rest??! Again I thank those 2 young men. They said they are working 70 hours a week. Apparently the owner is ok ripping people off!
