I got two hang-ups and by the fourth rep and two hours on the phone, I simply gave another card, because I was told I would have to transfer to another line to ensure payment. Then, I received a new email that the "new" card payment is declined. There is no problem with this card either. Previously, I have had other issues with pick-up. I see several negative reviews on the site recently. Go elsewhere, if you have local options. GFL is a disaster.

They moved our possessions out of a two-bedroom apartment into a local self-storage in addition to taking away some items we didn't want. They also helped with other tasks beyond what was promised on the work order and were nice, friendly, and helpful all around. Joe, the owner, and Thomas did our job and were the best. They are also great because they can respond on a same day basis if necessary. We will be using this company for all our near term junk removal, clean up, and local moving needs.
