DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! I brought my wedding dress to this place to be dry cleaned before getting…read morealterations. I picked it up before taking to get altered, and the owner brought the dress to my car, saying she didn't want me to put wrinkles in it. I got to the alterations place and realized there were stains on the inside of the dress that were not there when I dropped it off to be cleaned. I called and explained this to the owner, who then claimed the stains were there when she received the dress and that she couldn't get them out. (They were in fact NOT there when I dropped it off, and if that were the case, why would she not say anything to me when I picked up the dress?) Now realizing the whole reason she walked the dress out to the car for me was because she didn't not want me to see the dress, I drove back to her business and demanded a refund. The full amount was $180, but she then refused to refund me the full amount, and took twenty dollars off for a shawl part of the dress that was detachable- which was NOT a separate charge on the receipt, but was included in the $180. So she essentially stained my wedding dress, lied about it, and refused to pay me back the full amount. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN, AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU.

A week ago I went in to get an estimate on how much it would cost to have a zipper 24" in length sewn into the pants. So I would be able to put my Prosthetic leg on and off easier. I was quoted a price by the female manager on duty, she also confirmed they had the zippers in the color I needed and in the length I needed. Their excuse was they did not have the zippers. Yet when I explain to the lady I was there and I saw the zippers she kept saying they did not have the zippers and could not do my Alterations. I told the lady I was there I saw the zippers and now they're saying they can't on the dam supposed to pick him up they lied either they did Not have the ability to do the alteration are they didn't want to ruin my pants that's fine and understanding if they had told me that in the 1st place I do not recommend them at all for anything now. I have to go out of town to get my shirts done. That "owner" that Thom F. interacted with was the one who charges arbitrary pricing and there's no rhyme or reason to it. One day, my shirt was $2.00 to do, the next day it was $5, because of some random excuse to just charge me more. I remember how affordable this service was prior to 2013 and it's a shame that this is no longer the case. There honestly just needs to be another dry cleaning place or two in this town that's willing to charge affordable pricing for decent quality.
