I askled them to check out my upstairs air conditioner and the downstairs unit was working fine. After they left, the downstairs unit stopped cooling as it was plus they wanter $1300 to recharge my upstairs unit. Home Express is the only service team you should be using. We pay a monthly fee and get services twice a year including emergency services when needed. They call us to make sure everything is going well and if we need to schedule a maintenance. We've had our AC, Heating, garbage disposal and tankless water heater serviced. They even came out on Christmas Eve when our circuit breaker blew a fuse. Best plumbers in town! I called express home services to come fix the water line where I connect the hose. Every time I turned the water on it sprays everywhere wasting water. The other issue was a cracked bathroom sink. Joey got the call and came over to solve everything. I used Aire Serv for years and these guys have taken their place, so I gave them a try. They came out promptly to do a spring service and their tech found a few issues with our heating/AC system. Patrick provided several options and price points to help alleviate the issues. The techs were able to come out the next day to replace an AC system and 2 blower motors. 8 hours later we were set. Very professional and expeditious, Patrick was great. Now we are waiting for a call from them to get a drywall guy out to finish the job. Great so far! read more

I recently hired Express Home Services to install a chandelier. Tony Romero was the tech. Tony was knowledgeable professional and respectful. He put on booties before entering my home and used white gloves for the final finishings so there were no fingerprints left on the fixture. Tony was on time and called 30 minutes before arriving, he was awesome. The great service I received started with the day I called them. I spoke to Jen in the office to schedule the appointment. She was easy to understand and extremely polite. It was nice to speak to a person instead of getting a voicemail, or chat. I contacted several companies before deciding on Express Home Services. I didn't get a response back from any of them until two to three days later. Customer service is a lost art. Express Home Services did not fall short at all! Yesterday after having (2 )15 amp breakers installed into our electrical panel and 3 home runs landed into the panel the serviceman handed me his business card and it says he is an Apprentice Electrician. He did not have anyone else with him. After calling JP Electric this morning and getting a quote of $215 to complete the same work I gave EHS the opportunity to make it right and they will not be doing anything about the overcharge and they had no comment on sending an apprentice out to a journeyman level job. I have been trying to get our fireplace repaired since before the new year. This company will never give time for an appointment, and even if they try, they always call to reschedule. I have paid a total of just under $700 for NO RESOLUTION. I have taken multiple days off work because they are never able to provide a time for someone to be here, and then if they do, they always reschedule. Worst customer service ever - contacted them to schedule service - 2 simple items and advised on this day, I would need an after 12:00 pm appointment and appointment was confirmed for 3pm - no window of time, just 3pm. Received several emails and texts confirming appointment for today. Received a call this morning confirming appointment, however technician did not show and did not send text when on his way as I was advised. Called the office and they back tracked and said there was no confirmed time and they had a lot of jobs today and can we reschedule except they couldn't reschedule for any time tomorrow. Have no idea when a convenient time would be for them. I actually took the afternoon off from work to get this handled and now I need to call a reputable company to handle the items that I specifically took off work for. This company is annoying with the number of texts and emails and calls confirming appointments and then just don't keep them. Beward, horrible company. read more
