They're very customer and service centric, make it almost pleasant to need body work! They do what they say, when they say. He said I'd be amazed with the results, I wasn't expecting perfection, but what I paid is expect better. In front of front tire this "paste" was left. He said it'd turn to powder and wipe off, it didn't and the parts that did left dark paint. The 2 doors are bumpy and the paint to fix it underneath is still visible. In front of the back tire, they tried to paint and the paint peeled off. He said he'd come back to buff it out. I ended up getting rid of the car.

Their work is beautiful! Lux has worked on a few cars for us. They worked on a Lincoln Aviator, Chevrolet truck, and a Cadillac Escalade for us. They all turned out beautiful. We use lux to fix out of pocket dents and dings as well. This is the Lincoln Aviator they repaired. There was damage to the driver's side door and it was good as new when they were done.
