I was able to schedule a free appointment for Robbie to come look the next day. I got a text about 30 minutes before my appointment time telling me he was on the way. There was no pressure to get it installed. He looked at our set up, provided an analysis of what he'd need to do for the install, and a very fair quote. My new pressure reducer install was completed about 2 hours later. Note, I received multiple quotes and they varied wildly. Robbie's quote was on the lower end of those I received and he didn't try to sell me a bunch of other things or pressure me to pick their company. I'll definitely be a return customer if I need a plumber in the future. Great job!

Our plumbing bills typically run between $20k and $30k per year. we started using Rob and Austin in Nov 2025 with seriously mixed results, ranging from on-time and fair, to complete failure to return calls and/or show up. most recently they charged us $425 to replace a new valve and a couple 3/4" nipples that feed a water heater. when asked why it was my fault that they did not have a standard 3/4" brass ball value on the truck, rather than a constructive dialog the conversation decivilized, ending with him accusing our on-site contractor of 20 year of lying. truly unbelievable. nobody needs that in their life. there are simply too many options to put up with folks that have a chip on their shoulder, and everything is somebody else's fault... nothing to see here. move on.

I really appreciated that their price didn't change after an in-person visit to our house, which happened with ALL of the other companies. They used a trenchless Perma-Liner system to reline our pipe, so they didn't have to tear up our yard. It basically creates a new pipe inside the old one which is pretty cool and is supposed to last forever. They even carefully dug up a hedge and replaced it when they were finished and it looks like it's going to survive. They also installed a new cleanout and fixed a pipe offset that was causing problems. All of this only took about a half day and everything seems to be working perfectly. The crew was friendly, showed up on time, and were easy to work with the whole way through. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Now this company is going to be our go-to plumber for future needs! Daniel, the owner, is super knowledgeable and honest about what is recommended for the home based on the pipe condition. He personally came out to look at our pipes and provided reasonable recommendations based on his assessment. He was willing to work with our budget and got the work done in two days with very minimal disruption to our ability to use water. We got our pipes relined and a two way cleanout installed professionally. Everyone in his crew (including Daniel) were super nice and were willing to educate us about the work that was being done. He also identified some root balls / blockage past the sidewalk in the sewer line, and let us know that it was the city's side of responsibility. He even helped us reach out to the city and confirmed that the city covers their side of the property line. We are still waiting on the city to respond (no control over the speed), but I'm thankful Daniel went above and beyond to assist. Plumbing is hard work and I'm so glad that Daniel and his crew exist. The only option we had was to dig up our side yard and re-reroute everything outside the house, a massive project that had us very apprehensive. Gabriel was fantastic in the planning process, laying out the timing, cuts into the wall and floor ahead of time so we knew what to expect. They stuck to that plan basically to the letter, even after they discovered a bad pipe for our water main, which they also fixed on top of the other work on schedule. The team was also stellar: Marco was here everyday, with help from Eddie, Juan, Leonard and Angelo to finish on time. They all are polite, great communicators and hard workers, and do their very best to clean up before they leave every day. Sergio really transformed our kitchen. If you look at before and after picture of our kitchen, you would not even recognize that it is the same kitchen. Sergio is one of a kind in this business - He is honest, hard working, innovative and true to his word! I was very concerned with this project as it involved re-doing the entire kitchen. I have heard horror stories from my friends about contractor leaving in the middle of project. It took almost a year for one of my friend who renovated her kitchen. But not Sergio. He was true to his word and guided us throughout the project to ensure that it gets done in timely fashion and within our budget. He also had our best interest. For example, when he was helping get the first line of tile to align with our laminate floor, he was having hard time aligning it properly. I overheard his worker saying if they don't care about the accuracy why would you care and he said no, he wants to get the job done right - That is what Sergio is all about! I recently had my home renovated, which involved demolishing and build two bathrooms upstairs. Installing new ceiling lights and fans, painting the entire interior, and refurbishing the stairs railings. The entire project was executed with exceptional professionalism. The team communicated clearly throughout the process and consistently showed up on time everyday, which make everything run smoothly. They failed to tell us they don't do any areas above door casing from repairs when Karim said he does... this is the little games they play to charge more and then Eric claims no no it's not within our scope!
