He followed up within 2 days to give me a new estimate since the gutters on the side of the house began to leak as well. We communicated via text, which was the best form of communication for me. He explained what needed to be repaired thoroughly and listed all the materials needed. This would be the third time I had a contractor come to repair my gutters within the last 5 years. It has been a nightmare trying to get my gutters fixed, however this time around I felt confident in hiring Justin and his crew. He sent me a quote detailing the work that needed to be done. I had fascia boards installed, aluminum capping, vinyl vented soffit, mesh covers, and a new gutter replaced only in the front of the house due to my neighbor's gutters hanging a foot onto my side of the house causing a waterfall every time it rained. Since the gutters were pretty new, I did not get new gutters for the rest of the house. They had removed and reinstalled my existing gutters. He was very fair in his pricing, so I moved forward with the contract. And he gave me a 10 year warranty! His partner, Ramon, came with installers the following day and completed the job within 2 days. They were all polite, professional, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them. Beware! This guy started off okay. It was for a roof replacement over an addition and a skylight…read morereplacement. All seemed fine and well until it rained and I noticed water getting in worse than before. When I checked, I saw that in order to make something fit, they trimmed the skylight, which cut the built-in flashing. They tried to repair it with SILICONE! I could see daylight from below. They denied it. This attempt at cutting corners left a jagged cut on the inside of my house, which the owner eventually came out and repaired himself extremely poorly. He used big nails for finish trim, and a few nails didn't go in, so he just hammered them in sideways and left them showing. He also did not cut the angles correctly and used a load of caulk to hide the disaster. After some convincing, they came out and remedied the skylight issue. However, after spotting yet another leak, and contacting him and asking nicely, he refuses to answer. It's been leaking for quite some time because I see the stained and moldy wood underneath. I've tried contacting him through email, through thumbtack and his cell. Do not do business with this company, I am very disappointed. I've given him almost a month to respond to any of these messages. I realize companies are busy, but when he needed a check from me, he answered within minutes. I even recommend him to friends and family before I noticed any issues. All it would take would be a simple visit and a patch job. He gave me a "15 year warranty" on the work. But they'd rather ignore me. Paid online. Will be contacting the bank to get my money back! I don't know how he gets 5 star reviews, because this was mediocrity at its best.

There was so much that went wrong with the ENTIRE job that I ended up having to buy additional materials and pay the hired workers to finish the job for me, because the owner simply abandoned the job. He never paid his own workers for the work that they performed either. He took advantage of these guys and me as well. I want to say that the actual workers did a fantastic job, but it was no thanks to the owner. I had to negotiate a price with them to finish, what he hired them to do. From the very beginning, he came up with every excuse in the book. The start date was delayed, then he needed additional monies to continue (not finish) the job. Then if that wasn't bad enough, he then asked for yet another advance on the payments. I reminded him that he and I had a contract and that he was breaching it by not holding up his end of the deal. When we booked a consultation, his representative came out to my house and assessed the job. He then offered to do the job for 15% less than the lowest bid I had gotten. I saw this as a great deal considering that I had a few projects that I wanted to get done and was working with a limited budget. After reading his reviews and looking at his previous jobs posted here (which I am now convinced are ALL FAKE), I agreed to the terms and conditions, the contract was signed and the work began. He didn't start the job on time and by the 2nd day of work, he was telling me that he had fired his rep complaining that he had underestimated the job. I reminded him that, HE in fact sent me the contract, which I modified and sent back to him to update since the original left off a few items- which he did. There was never any talk about any under estimates at that time. On the 3rd day, the crew of skilled laborers (who are very hard working guys) came to me to ask me if he was coming to pay them and that he owed them more than $1,500 for their first couple of days of work. I told them that I had nothing to do with how he conducted his business and encouraged them to reach out to him. At that point, they pretty much told me that they were not going to finish the job until they were assured that they were going to be paid. That made all the sense in the world to me. I then reached out to the owner and asked him what was going on. He told me that he had run out of money, he would need more to finish and that he wanted me to ALSO pay HIS workers and that he would pay me back. I told him absolutely not. I had given this guy almost $10,000 and not one of the projects was complete. To put things into perspective. These were the projects: -2 walkways with pavers on both sides of the house leading to the backyard. -An L shaped paver pad for a BBQ area and Fire pit seating area. -A Fire-pit. -Downspouts to go underneath the walkways to drive water away from the house. -A cement pad under the deck area, later to be enclosed and used for outdoor storage. I got none of these even close to being completed. I ended up having to pay for additional materials myself and his workers to finish the job. After all of this, I was in contact with him and he agreed to repay me what I paid out, but now he has gone ghost. I contacted my attorney and he told me that this guy is doing some very shady business. We do have a plan to recoup my losses, which I will not discuss here. However, I would tell anyone who is even considering this company - DO NOT. This man and his company is a complete SCAM. His website doesn't work and his information is hard to find. Virtually impossible. We all work hard for the things that we want and this was a terrible experience. I am left (for now) paying back all of these erroneous expenses that I shouldn't have had to. PLEASE Don't let this happen to you!
