However, after the initial quote we needed to push our start time back and were only able to get a hold of the "lead salesperson" (we did not get her name). We called twice and each time she reassured us she would pass the message along, but it seems no one was made aware because the moving team arrived at the wrong time. At the same time, she created confusion about our quoted rate as well as other details regarding our move that had already been ironed out with Carlos. They are happy bees at work and take pride in their job. I recently purchased some Truck Vans without wheels and nobody else could move them in one trip. Galen quoted me a price and did exactly what was agreed. Galen personally supervised the move and had enough heavy equipment on hand he was able to transport a 40 foot and two 27 foot containers and his two forklifts in one trip! After watching his team work I don't think anybody else in the area could handle a job that big so efficiently. I don't know if people are expecting them to pack or unpack their things. I sure did not. They help me moved from point A to point B and were really kind and efficient. Received a call Thursday at around 8 pm asking if we could reschedule to Saturday. I said no, I have to move by end of day on Friday. Was told OK, we will be there in morning. Received another call at 8 am Friday morning. I was told at this point that " we have a 4 hour minimum". I advised that I would not pay for 4 hours as there is no mention of a minimum on the ad and there was never a discussion of this during our previous conversations. After a few moments I was hung up on. Luckily I was able to get someone else to come do the move. Bottom line is I would not waste my time with this company. IMO was just a blatant attempt to rip me off. If you want to charge a 4 hour minimum put it on your ad or tell your client about it when you are booking the job. Not 2 hours before you are supposed to show up. And no you did not tell me any of this beforehand.

Instead, I received: Damaged & poorly packed items - My furniture, mattress, comforter, pillows, blankets, lampshades, etc. were left unwrapped and unboxed, now stained, damaged, and most unusable. Careless storage packing - Boxes were crushed and bowing, making my storage unit nearly impossible to open. Negligence - The movers left items behind and caused a large scratch on my hallway wall. Lack of accountability - The owner Jaime has ignored my requests for resolution and failed to return my spare key. I paid $1,600 for a professional move, but ended up with damaged belongings and a major hassle. If you value your belongings, hire a licensed, reputable moving company instead.
