I am a recently retired individual that was in the market for a nice pre-owned RV from a private owner. I thought we had found the PERFECT RV. A 2016 Sanibel Forest River. Tom Nguyen (General Manager/Owner) of AAA Auto Center led me to believe that this RV was his and his wife's PERSONAL RV. He said that he paid $8k for a new roof because it was leaking, and he replaced the flooring with new laminate wood. He also said that the ONLY reason he was selling it was because he really needed the cash because of loss of business, due to the pandemic. My husband and I are Pastors. We understood the difficulties that a lot of businesses and churches have incurred because of the pandemic. We sympathized with his plight, and we came to an agreed price of $32,500 which we paid him by check. The check cleared. The RV Transport company we hired to pick up the RV is also an Inspector and Asset Recovery Company. He inspected the RV before leaving AAA Auto Center to ensure there would be no damages that he would be responsible for while transporting. He called us and told us that the roof was damaged. He said someone tried to patch it to HIDE how defective and damaged it was. After he loaded it on our land. He opened the slide-out and walked through it with us, pointing out ALL the water DAMAGE that Mr. Nguyen cleverly disguised to sell it. I walk in integrity, and I am hurt, mortified, and crushed that a business owner would MALICIOUSLY and INTENTIONALLY deal in unfair trading practices against anyone, particularly senior citizens. We don't know a lot about RV's. From surface appearance, the RV looked nice, but Mr. Nguyen MALICIOUSLY hid all the RV's flaws specifically to INDUCE the sale of an RV that he knew was unlivable. I thought I had found the perfect RV to begin my retirement. What should have been a happy occasion for me, Mr. Nyguen has turned it into a nightmare. I have solicited repair estimates from RV specialists to make this RV livable. The estimated cost is $16,000. I have retained an Attorney to try to settle this matter amicably. I have also contacted Ted Oberg (ABC 13 News) and Isaiah Carey (FOX 26 News) who will run my story.

I took my car to T&S around noon, talked to Marci, and she told me they would take a look and call me back. Around 2:30ish I received a call and my car was ready to go. Marci showed me photos of what the underside looked like and what they did to repair the damage. I consider myself very lucky to have T&S take care of the damage in the manner and timeframe they did and also for the price I had to pay. Amazing.
