I had my vehicle towed here after experiencing engine problems; it was late Saturday evening, I was in an unfamiliar neighborhood, and I was catching a flight shortly after, so I picked the closest shop possible. When they opened on Monday, they called me to get the details, and everything was fine until they completed the diagnostic without consulting me first. Turns out, my repairs are covered under warranty, and the dealership service providers will have to rerun the diagnostic regardless. Of course, the diagnostic is completely covered under warranty, but at the shop it's $150. I spoke with several other service providers at the dealership beyond, and all agreed that the mechanics would have and should have known immediately to hold off on any diagnostics, and deferred to the dealership, due to the fact that my car is new and has very few miles on it. I contested the charges and scheduled a tow truck to take my car to the dealership. The service advisor responded by telling me that she would withhold my keys from the tow truck driver until I had paid my bill... for a service that, frankly, they clearly performed only to make a quick buck off me. I know it's hard just $100, but it's unethical, and they should be ashamed of themselves.

In the past 2 months over been coming here to do various jobs such as changing my rack and pinion and he had a spare car for me to use so that I'm not sitting around waiting for the work to be done. You should call and ask first because he's not like a large garage and works alone so he won't have tons of cars laying around to loan. He'll show you what's wrong with your car and recommend what should be changed and won't charge you for inspections. Very reasonably priced and will even show you his price for parts if you don't believe what he charges for labor. Take care of him because he does this as an honest living and is very kind hearted to everyone's situation and don't take advantage of his generosity. He speaks Vietnamese as well as English. Don't come here expecting to nickel and dime him, remember he is doing you a favor so that you don't pay that big price at other shops. This place has good customer service but that's where it stops. i brought me vehicle…read morein because it would not start are stay idle when i come to a complete stop. i scanned my car for codes then had it towed to Beamer plus. they gave me a free 15 minute inspection which you can't do nothing but see for 15 minute. then they charge a 486.00 diagnostic fee. For further inspection to finding the problem. once that's over they tell you what's wrong and charge dealership repair fees.. i spent 1717 to get fuel injection put in and and spark plugs, just for a week later my car had same codes and same non starting issues. they find the biggest problem fix it then tell you you can bring it back so they can look at it again just to make more money. i'm dissatisfied because after having my car 4 days they didn't fix the problem they just fixed something other than the problem. i would not suggest this place unless you want to spend a lot of money for nothing. My car still doesn't crank and broke down on me.
