Was not able to get her name, but the sweet lady who helped me did a great job. Only my second time at a salon, so I was kinda nervous, but I was out of there in no time. Also, as an introvert, loved that there was no small talk or conversation LOL.

I feel like this place is a scam. It was my first time here & all I got was a Gel x mani & a gel…read morepedi. I'm not sure how they price things but they most definitely know when you're new. My total was $125 & for the set I got it's not worth it. When I asked about pricing they proceed to act like they don't know English. Also the lady who did my manicure, saw the error she made & proceeded to let it be, she rushed my manicure because she wanted to eat her food. If that's the case I'm okay with waiting & having one person work on me. When the other lady finished my pedicure, that's when the sense of urgency kicked in for the 1st lady to stop eating & come charge me. I felt like she just told me a random number as my total, I asked for a break down of how they charge for future reference, and she once again proceeded to not know what I was saying. Not to mention the flower I received wasn't what I wanted, I showed her a reference & then she proceeded to place stickers on my nails. Not even hand painted. Who know how much she charged me for a sticker. I also asked if tip was included & she then demanded a tip. Horrible. Never coming back again. This place doesn't even deserve the 1star. My usual shop is currently moving and hopefully opening up soon again. Atleast there I can pay the decent price of $90 for both gel x for mani & pedi.

I've been coming to this nail salon since they first opened, and my family and I have supported…read morethis business for a long time. Unfortunately, after giving them the benefit of the doubt time and time again, we've finally decided to take our business elsewhere. Getting your nails done should be a relaxing experience, something you look forward to as a little self-care. Unfortunately, every time we come here, it seems to be the opposite. Instead of feeling comfortable and relaxed, the experience often feels stressful and uncomfortable. Personally, I bite my nails and pick at my cuticles, so I understand that my nails aren't always in the best condition. However, that doesn't mean I should feel judged or embarrassed when I come in for a service. There have been multiple occasions when the staff have gathered around to look at my nails and comment on them in a way that makes me feel uncomfortable, almost as if my hands are something for everyone to examine. It's embarrassing, and it makes me feel self-conscious in a place where I should feel comfortable. And unfortunately, this isn't just my experience. My family has experienced similar situations, which makes this even more disappointing because we've been loyal customers since the beginning. Last night, I decided to give the salon another chance, hoping that maybe the experience would be different. Sadly, it was more of the same. At this point, I've realized that the issue isn't a one-time misunderstanding but a recurring experience that has made us no longer want to return. It's genuinely disappointing because this business has had our support for so long. I truly believe that better customer service, more professionalism, and simply treating customers with kindness and respect would make a huge difference. You never know what someone may be dealing with or how something as simple as a comment about their appearance can make them feel. Customers should never feel judged for coming in to receive a service. I'm sharing this feedback because I hope the owners take it seriously. A little more consideration for how customers are treated could go a long way toward creating a welcoming environment and building lasting relationships with clients. Unfortunately, my family and I will no longer be returning.

I only gave three stars because the manicurist cut my skin on my left big toe and on my right middle toe where the nail and skin meet. And I asked her to trim down the nails and she barely did it. And when I asked again before she polished the nails she only cut one nail down. It was odd. Prices are standard for the area. $30 for a spa pedicure. They prefer cash or Zelle. The inside looks like any other nail salon you've been to, just maybe a little smaller I'll try this place one more time , the next time i visit, just in case the lady was having an off day.
