I don't know where to start.. so this past weekend was my sisters bday and she planned this little wine tour with Executive VIP shuttle and it was like the best decision ever. We got picked up from the hotel VIP style with I now call him the homie Gene because he was awesome from the beginning ,he took us to 3 different places and made us laugh and made sure we got treated like we were VIP, the only thing that sucked is that he had to leave us on the last place because he was needed for another event. My husband and I decided we wanted to do a wine tasting tour for our anniversary and were beyond amazed at how seamlessly this company set it up for us. From the first phone call I made to our driver (Gene, who was wonderful) dropping us off at the end of the day, everything was perfect. I can go into a little more detail if you want to read on: - Setting up and booking was very easy, with no pressure at all to purchase a specific package, and all prices were outlined clearly so we had no surprises with our bill. - Very attentive with quick responses over e-mail when I had questions leading up to our tour day. - Our driver was punctual and polite with our pick up and truly made our day special. He gave us detailed information about each winery, helped us make some tasting choices, and was always right there and ready to snap a picture of us. Never intrusive though. He set our lunch up beautifully and let us go about the day at our own pace, even allowing us to visit an additional winery since we had moved pretty quickly. - At the drop off, it was really smooth and easy to close out our bill and I was so thrilled at how organized (and safe) he had kept all of our purchases. Sat in the parking lot as instructed, when no shuttle arrived, we called and they sent a car to pick up, got to airport on time. My best friends all got together and organized a wine tasting tour to celebrate my 30th birthday (or the 1st anniversary of my 29th birthday if you ask me!).. They found Executive VIP through a link on the Temecula Wine Association website. We seriously couldn't have had a more fantastic experience! When my sister originally called to book the date, there were no vans available for the $88 Gourmet Tour, so we were upgraded to a limo at no additional charge. When our driver, Gene, showed up to pick us up, he was unbelievably friendly and informative. As he took us around to the 4 different wineries, he had all sorts of information and recommendations based on what we said we liked in a wine. The gourmet lunch consisted of fantastic sandwiches and a delicious pasta salad...Gene also brought us mini Nothing Bundt Cakes as a gift for my birthday! At our last stop, Hart Winery, we sipped on a delicious dessert wine, on Gene's recommendation. He told us how well this particular wine paired with dark chocolate, which sounded amazing at this point of our tour...so he popped inside and bought us some chocolate to try! Our group collectively agrees that this is an experience we will repeat, and certainly with Gene as our tour guide again! Went with a group, of 12, from work for a wine tour and totally enjoyed the experience. We were picked up on time at our hotel by the drive / guide, Gene. We had pre selected 4 wineries and lunch and everything came off without a hitch. The wineries were great, the sandwiches were fresh and tasty and the complimentary mini bundt cakes were sinful. Gene was a true gentleman and had good knowledge of the wineries and the wines. He was even kinder when one of our friends got sick in the van and by the time the rest of us returned, after our tasting, you wouldn't have even known what happened. To top of off,he even returned the sunglasses that one of the group to our hotel the following morning, and we just happened to be outside waiting for our car. Great tour, great guide, great fun. My family has used this service half a dozen or so times for rides to and from Ontario Airport and the train depot in Ontario. Invariably the drivers have been pleasant, very competent, and prompt. They even were able to take a guest of ours to the airport when I got ill shortly before we needed to leave to drop him off at the airport. They were a godsend that day. We came to Temecula for my sister's bachelorette party. Instead of going on the pre-fixed wine tours we opted for a private 4-hour shuttle because 1) it would take us wherever we wanted 2) we could spend as little or as much time as we wanted and 3) none of us had to drive! Our driver Greg picked us up in the van at our hotel. He was super nice and gave us some info about wine country and tips on the best places to go around town. The girls and I had the most amazing time and Greg helped to make our wine tasting experience even better. It was absolutely worth every penny to hire the shuttle and highly recommend it to everyone! We had the most amazing wine tour in Temecula with our driver Brian. The reservation process was easy and we had a few different options including a group shuttle and a private town car. We went with the car since the shuttle was full and we were very happy with our choice. We went to 4 different wineries where Brian went in with us to get our tastings. He even made sure we got our special souvenir glasses and took some great pictures of us. The gourmet lunch was fantastic and we were so happy with the entire trip. For my Bacherolette we booked a wine tour with Executive VIP. I have to say that our driver, Gene, was amazing! He was so knowledgeable about all the wineries and the area. At the first winery we had a fabulous sandwich lunch (seriously the sandwiches they got us were really delicious) and he even brought us some lovely mini bundt cakes. While we were eating he assisted in getting our tastings for us. I am so glad we used this tour group instead of trying to do all the tastings on our own. Gene had a reserved table for us at each winery, made suggestions as his favorite wines to taste, and always kept us on schedule so we were sure to get to all the wineries on our tour.
