We had issues with our flight and delays that required the driver to wait, but as an airport pickup service, that should be expected. We had to listen to the driver's boss on the radio say how annoying we are for waking her up at night and how much she was going to charge us extra for the flight delay wait time while we rode in the car. Extremely unprofessional dispatcher and even rude to her own employees in front of the customer. Made the ride feel extremely uncomfortable. I only gave it 3 stars because the driver was polite and even offered his own personal car to help us get our friend who was still stranded at the airport. read more

We arranged for Gene to pick up our party in San Diego and drive us to Temecula for an outstanding day of winetasting. Gene is the winetasting wizard. He knows Temecula like you'd know your best friend. He is a wealth of knowledge and is very well respected by the wineries. They all know Gene and treated our tour like VIP's. A fully catered lunch of delicious sandwiches and dessert was arranged outside the garden of our second winery stop. Gene managed and arranged everything with such care and class. He was on time for picking us up, kept us on a punctual schedule to get us to all the planned wine stops without us feeling in the least bit rushed. It was an incredibly relaxing fun day. We did the couple's embrace wine tour package and it was such a nice time! Our driver was John and he was fantastic! Kept a conversation with us and was super nice and funny!we loved that there was absolutely no pressure to rush to the next winery and it was nice to be surprised as to where we were going. We had plenty of time to enjoy our tastings and walk the grounds at each one. The car was actually pretty comfortable too. We reserved limousines to and from the San Diego airport. As it turned out, our daughter offered to drive, so we cancelled the reservations several days in advance. Receive emailed confirmation of cancellation for both legs of the trip. Unfortunately for the driver, no one from the office told him, so he showed up to take us back to the airport. We had to tell him the ride had been cancelled 3 weeks prior. We referred him back to their President, explaining that if there were doubts, I could produce the email of the cancellation. Within a few hours we received the most unprofessional, nasty, "snotty" email from the president, Michelle. I explained the above situation and forwarded the cancellation confirmation back to her. We have yet to hear from her. I understand the drivers are excellent and the cars great. Hence 2 instead of 1 star. Keep in mind the experience we had and prepare for unprofessional, nasty behavior from the president if there are problems. If there are any other options, I'd suggest you consider them. read more

Had a beautiful day of wine tasting with my family thanks to Gene!! He was very attentive and accommodated all of our needs. He provided champagne, water and even brought cupcakes for the birthday girl! We went to three beautiful wineries and had lunch at 2nd spot. Although the driver taking us to our destination was an excellent driver and exceedingly polite, dealing with the management of VIP on our return home was a nightmare! When it became evident that our ship would be 2-3 hours late disembarking and that I be charged $65 an hour for a driver just to wait in the parking lot, I called VIP, spoke the driver, and told him I would not be able to use the service. The owner of VIP then called me back sounding very angry and annoyed, declaring I would have to pay full fare of 228$ even if I didn't use the service. My husband and I decided to spend a couple of days in Temecula doing wine tastings. Never visiting the area before we decided to hire Executive VIP for a wine tasting tour. Executive VIP exceeded all of our expectations. Online booking was easy (especially since I booked only a week before our trip) and we received prompt confirmation. The day of our tour, our driver, Gary, texted us as soon as he arrived (which was a few minutes early) and quickly got us on our way. We were able to visit four wineries during our afternoon tour and Gary was extremely helpful along the way. I'm surprised that I'm one of the first reviews b/c I had an excellent experience with this car service for my recent trip to Temecula. My boyfriend and I planned a day of wine tasting and we arranged for car service (sedan) for 4 hours. Although the wineries are all fairly close, it's not a realistic option to walk/bike or even cab to them. The only options are to find a DD (um, none of us were going to volunteer for that), risk driving (no thank you) or find a car service or tour. Trust me, I researched ALL options for car service and tours and they offered the best services and rates. Most of the tours only visit four wineries within 5 - 6 hours. The rest of the time is spent picking/dropping off people at hotels and a picnic lunch. We wanted to be able to visit the winieries we wanted to see and do so according to our schedule. The tours tended to be about $109 - 145 a person which seemed expensive for all of four stops. I then researched car services which were more like $300 or more which was cost prohibiitve. Thankfullly I kept researching and found this company which charged $185 (+ 2o% tip) for four hours for private sedan service. It allowed for the perfect day bc we could plan as we wanted and we could still afford it. We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed our driver, who was incredibly personable and professional and able to offer us a lot of local advice on the wineries. I plan to use them for all future visits. . I highly reccomend them! I've been to temecula numerous times and this was my best trip bc we could enjoy the freedom and flexibility of car service and not worry about excessive costs. I truly think the tours arent a good value bc so much time is wasted picking up/dropping off people and although they include wine tastings, it's still an upmark. I have used Executive VIP for shuttle service from the airport to a hotel, and back from the hotel to the airport for over ten years. I don't know why it's taken me so long to review this business, but it's high time I did! All of the many airport rides I've had have gone without a hitch. Drivers are always waiting at the airport (Ontario) when the plane arrives, and arrive at the hotel for the return pick-up at least five minutes or more (usually more) before the designated time. The drivers (Gene is especially great, but they're all so nice) are professional, courteous, and pleasant, and will chat with you, or allow you a quiet ride, whichever you prefer. They ask about the car temperature and if the car radio is okay with you. Billing is easy. Everything is flawless. The owner, Michele, not only runs an impeccable business, but, from our phone conversations over the years, is one of the nicest, most considerate people imaginable. We recently hired Executive VIP for a graduation celebration for my daughter. Twelve of us, friends and family, were on hand. Our driver Gene called several days before to find out our preferences for wineries and had great advice on one we hadn't heard of. He made arrangements at all of the wineries since we were a large group. Our reservation was for 12:00. Gene showed up at 11:45. I had packed a picnic which he promptly loaded in the van along with the cooler he had brought full of bottled water. At each of the wineries, he assisted us with the tastings, going to the bar himself for our next selection, and keeping us on schedule. Incredible! The winery he had suggested is where we had our picnic. We went inside to purchase our tastings and when we came out Gene had all the food, plates,etc. already laid out and ready for us. Not only was our driver Harry on time but also loaded our belongings with care and he also unloaded, and he waited until we were checked in at airport curbside service to make sure everything went as scheduled as one of our passengers was handicapped and in a wheelchair. Worst experience ever with a van limo service. We were on a winery tour. From the start, we had to detour because the driver did not have enough wine glasses or brochures. Long story short, the so-called owner's husband (at least that is what the owner said) showed up during first half of tour, became beligerant and loud over the contract (which the owner agreed needed to be changed), and created a scene. It was awful. They then overcharged my credit card by adding a gratuity that I specifically told them not to add. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone. read more

My sisters and I wanted to surprise my mom for her birthday with a Temecula wine tour. I did some digging around online and found Executive VIP Shuttle Transportation. Booking the tour was easy and we were able to get a town car for just the four of us. On the day of the wine tour we showed up at the Executive VIP Shuttle Transportation office about 10 minutes early and our driver was already waiting for us. Gary was a fantastic guide/ driver. We headed off to the first winery. Gary kept us entertained with funny stories and joked around with us on the ride. At the winery, we were able to easily get our six tastings. We spent an hour there and then headed to the second winery where there was live music. Gary had a snack that he brought for us. We each received a "half" of a delicious gourmet sandwich. (The portion was not skimpy by any means!) While we ate, Gary went and grabbed our tastings for us so we could enjoy the time together. He prompted us to take photos so we could document the trip. We went to a third winery and received yet another 6 amazing tastings. Afterwards, Gary dropped us off right at our hotel (it was across the street from the office). Gary really made the whole trip.
