I had a very disappointing experience at Amaze Lash Studio in Cherry Creek. My appointment was with…read moreTrinity, who was unfortunately quite rude and not personable throughout the process. I explained multiple times that I wanted a full lash look and even showed several photos of how my lashes have looked in the past. The picture below was shown to Trinity at least two times before she started, to make it clear what I was expecting. I trusted her professional judgment to help achieve that look, but the end result was nothing like what I asked for--my lashes were sparse, spacey, and uneven. When I expressed my concerns, Trinity became dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of offering to fix the issue, she told me to book with another tech--for an additional cost. I made it clear that money wasn't the issue; I just wanted to leave with lashes that made me feel confident. Instead, I was left feeling embarrassed and upset--I even cried at the front desk from the experience. To make matters worse, I was charged full price for a service that was completely inadequate. I've attached a photo comparing the work done at Amaze to my previous lash tech, and the difference speaks for itself. I came to Amaze because it's close to home and offers a membership program, but after this experience, I seriously question the professionalism, attentiveness, and skill level of the staff. Sadly, I cannot recommend this studio to others.

She has several different solutions and ways to apply the tans so that they feel and looks as good as possible based on your skin tone and texture. Little back story my hair got fried in Brazil a year ago! I have been trying to fix it ever since and it has grown a long way! I was trusting this girl with a lot and asked for a partial highlight! I didn't want the most in the back but I still wanted a little, so it blended everything etc. the service included a haircut and was 300 dollars! I was in the salon and it looked different but the moment I stepped outside my hair was orange and extremely chunky. The pictures I was taking doesn't do justice and you can barely see but my root wasn't touched enough because there are spots of orange. She said she had 14 years of experience but it sure didn't seem like it! She left it on too long after telling her my hair is fragile and to put in perspective, her herself has chunky highlights and she asked if I would like them more chunky like hers or natural. I obviously responded natural and showed her MULTIPLE references photos. By the end on of the stylists was like oh it's chunky like yours when that's never why I asked for. I sent her a very respectful message and got a great response back however when I kept explaining the issues she would read and not respond my messages, which I thought was disrespectful considering what she had done on my hair! I would be careful with your money and maybe find someone who truly is on the same page as you!
