Difficult to get them to pick up the phone . Left several messages over the past day to get a repair of a toilet handle. Most of the time it rings without somebody picking up . At 9:30 PM on the Sunday before Christmas something went down the kitchen drain and completely blocked it and I wasn't worried a bit. First time ever doing a Yelp review but felt it necessary. I have been dealing with a leaking pipe issue attached to a water softener for a few days. Had one plumber out that said they couldn't do it and a few others on the phone that could look at it in a few weeks. Called Executive, the nicest person booked the appt for 2 hours later. I got a phone call 10 prior saying the service tech was almost there. Technician fixed the repair then looked at a couple other issues. Cost me $75.00 and it done. What a great way to do business. We are very happy with the service John provided to us. Came out to do an estimate on our water heater which took only a matter of mins. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and placed an order for the parts and would do the work Sat or Mon. Amazing customer service!! I was panicked last night as a pipe starting bursting water everywhere and every plumber I called didn't have availability until Monday. I called Executive and he was very apologetic that he couldn't get anyone out until the morning but that he could be here first thing, 6am if I wanted! He showed up this morning right on time (rare for plumbers) and took a look at my pipe. My husband tried to fix it last night and I guess he did because he said it looks good now and everything is draining properly. He didn't even charge me for making him drive out here for nothing. Cristian is THE MAN! Had a huge leak from the top of my water heater before I went to work in the morning. Called Executive Plumbing and Drain immediately Cristian came out wishing the window I was given which was like 2 hours after I called. He diagnosed the issue and gave me a fair quote on on a new water heater! He even sat on the phone with my Home Warranty company so that I could get authorization for reimbursement. We just moved into our house over a week ago. Last night, we had a major clog in the kitchen sink. I had 2 other plumbers come out today and they could not fix the clog.
