We have had Executive Plumbing and Drain perform many tasks at our home. They replaced our main water pipe that had been leaking. Late evening we had to shut off the water to our home due to the leak. They arrived next day to install new pipe from our meter to our house. This included digging under the concrete to run the new line. When they left everything was back to looking better than normal. They filled everything back in and even re-seeded that section of lawn. The only way to tell something was done is the new greener grass line in the lawn. Job #2 They installed a cleanout for our sewer line going to the house. Now we have cleanouts out to the street and to our home. Job#3 They cleaned out both sewer lines using a top notch commercial cleaning machine. Thus, we now have a worry free sewer line that will last many years. We TRUST this company and they will be our go to people for ALL of our plumbing needs. Being new to the area, I had no idea who to call for doing service maintenance on my tankless water heaters. If you want impeccable work, speedy service and unmatched customer service, then this is the company you want to call. I called them for a leak that we had coming from our washing machine hookups. They came out same day and were able to fix the leak and identify all the possible water damage caused by the leak. They quickly isolated the damage, patched and painted the walls where they needed to open up for work , and you can't even tell today that there was ever a problem. My first experience with Executive Plumbing was earlier this year when a colleague called them in for a rental property he was managing. I called Executive Plumbing based on the recommendation of a neighbor and I am so glad I did. I found my water heater leaking all over my garage and John came out 20 minutes after I called. He was so nice and answered all of my questions. After noticing water damage on the ceiling below an upstairs bathroom we knew we were in for some expensive troubles. We called on a Friday afternoon expecting to make an appointment for the next week. John and his team showed up that afternoon and took care of the leak. I have used Executive Plumbing twice to repair and restore areas in my home due to water damage. They have replaced a cracked bathtub which was leaking and also repaired leak under a sink which I didn't notice and caused quite a bit of damage. In both situations they did excellent work.....they are the best!! They took my call and were onsite within 30 minutes. This company is awesome! After going over 24 hours with no toilets and a horrible experience with another plumber I called Executive Plumbing at night in total despair. Not only were they reassuring over the phone that they could fix my problem they were at my house within the hour. For 3 hours in the dark on a very cold night they worked diligently to find and fix the problem. Even though the issue was a tough fix they didn't give up and were determined to not let my family and I go another night without a working toilet. We had Armando from Executive Plumbing and Drain install a new whole-house water filter for us. Armando's installation could be in a magazine it's so nice looking. He has done other projects for us; Rinnai tankless install, replacing toilets, etc. As always, he did an exceptional job and we love the Pelican filter he recommended. We noticed the change in our house water immediately. It's amazing what a difference it made, I just wish we'd done it sooner. We had a slab leak. John came out immediately, diagnosed the problem and explained what was needed to complete the repairs. Plumbing had to be rerouted. He connected us with Five Star Restoration who helped us with the insurance so everything was covered after our deductible.. John not only did the rerouting but patched all the drywall that had to be removed. Patch was done so well you could not even tell where it was done. John and Armando are fast, efficient and very professional. We have used John's plumbing services over 5 years. I recently needed a new bathroom sink and faucet installed and called John. Executive Plumbing is now in my phone contacts as my plumber. Armando is great. He came to give me an estimate and he came back with two more guys the next morning to get it all done quickly. I had noisy toilets and too high water pressure, which is not good for all the pipes etc. They installed two new bathroom sink faucets. Needed a plumber to come to my house to look for a leak in the front yard. Called Executive and Sergio came out right away. My husband called me to tell me where the leak was coming from (a part of the main piping to the house), he told me Sergio gave him an estimate of 1000.00. Asked if he could fix it that evening, Sergio said no problem. Not only did he fix it he charged below the estimated price. Sergio was professional and very courteous and a very hard worker. Wow! A group of true professionals. I had my Water heater go out last night and made a call to another business. My mistake because they called me up around 4:00 pm on a Sunday and informed me they could not make it. This is when I called John and he said he could take care of it. Woke up to a lukewarm shower so I contacted Executive Plumbing. While waiting for them to arrive, my husband said his shower was hot. I decided to have them check it anyway. John arrived within the quoted time. He advised us that our water heater was approaching the end of it's life. He reset it and we've had hot water since. I called Armando to unplug my kitchen sink. He was prompt, polite and professional. The blockage was caused by potatoe peelings. He gave my husband and me great advice about what not to put in the disposal. He also told us about a service they can do to "power clean" the drains and a product to use twice a month to keep them clean. He also talked to us about maintaining our tankless water heater.
