Unfortunately, my experience didn't match the level of service I was expecting. During my manicure, the nail polish had become thick, and the technician added liquid to the bottle before applying it. By the very next day, both my manicure and pedicure were already chipping and peeling. I was also concerned about the cleanliness. My hand was rested on an old plastic container, and the soaking/dipping bowl appeared to be a mortar-style bowl rather than standard salon equipment. Combined with visibly dirty towels, I had concerns about sanitation. The staff was kind and welcoming, which is why this is difficult to write. I hope this feedback is taken constructively because I think the people are wonderful, but the cleanliness and quality of the service need improvement.

The person said they had to pick up their child. So did we. We were late. Apparently beverages were complimentary but we weren't asked and not was there a menu. The ladies doing the actual work were nice but the management is horrible. They drinks sucked and their coffee was disgusting. They too busy trying to just grab money to actually invest in the customer experience. It was shit. If I just wanna go to a mani pedi with all the extras the places in other places do the same job for a cheaper price tag. If I'm paying money as a customer I wanna see what I'm paying for. I'm guessing people come there for set, etc. and so they're just so happy with getting their nails done that they don't pay attention to the experience but I'm someone who doesn't get polish on my nails so I actually care about the customer experience and I see what kind of quality they're offering. This time, however, made me view the salon and management differently. I showed the nail technician a photo of red chrome nails with the middle two nails having red French tips, which would be my Valentine's Day nails. She told me she could do it. I even left the photo up on my phone for some time so that she can reference it, if needed. As I saw her painting the red French tips, I informed her that they were a different shade of red from the other nails. She showed me the two products (gel and powder) and that they are the same shade number. I proceeded to let her finish as I thought that the end results may be different. It was not. She then added the "chrome" finish. I told her that it wasn't shiny at all nor looked like chrome and had a pearlescent finish instead. She told me that it was very popular with clients. She absolutely disregarded what I was saying to her. She also cut my skin while running the drill alongside my cuticles. At this point, the manager entered the conversation. I showed him the picture and he told me that the photos found online for inspiration "all have filters on them." He pretty much sided with the technician and saw no wrong. They both then told me to go wash my hands and see how the nails look in the sun. I did so and saw no difference from when I was seated at my chair. I was baffled that the manager could not see what was wrong. He did not offer to rectify the situation. I even asked for another type of coat that would make my nails shiny. They could not offer that to me for whatever reason. I clearly walked out with hideous nails. Even if I find someone who can replicate a photo here, the management alone would be reason not to go here. The pedicurist (is did a word) rubbed the callous remover thing on a tender part of my foot which took off some skin. You can see it in the picture. It was accidental and did not bleed. She put some antiseptic on it. It will be fine. I didn't make a big deal about it. The guy who did my full set asked me questions to make sure I was happy. He let me try a color and a tip color to see if I'd like it. That was super nice of him. Overall, it was a good experience. We've been coming here for a few months and have had pretty good service each time. Some are better than others but that's everywhere. Peter was super communicative and I love my nails.
