I completed the request on-line today for a quote. Provided all the details they wanted plus got specific about extra cleaning I am looking for, such as wooden blinds cleaned. Selected three dates they could provide the quote to me, basically today (Friday) and the weekend, Sat/Sun. Also picked those days of the week as the ones I'd regularly want as my service date. Response from the business was lacking (see attached). They were "unable to service," and do not work weekends. I guess that means no quote on the work and future Fridays are out, too? They took it upon themselves to rearrange all of my furniture. I now have to go around my house and move all of my furniture back the way it was. I didn't hire them as a interior designer, I hired them to clean and they did everything but that! Not to mention they decided to throw a ton of my hand wash only items into my dishwasher and ruined them. Common sense says to read the bottom of anything you put in dishwasher. Especially when it's an antique piece.

He told me several times he was coming back to finish the job but never showed and stopped responding. He seemed to be down to earth and honestly was the first one to reach out to me and was at my house on the same day giving a quote. Andy and Alex are fair priced, punctual, knowledgeable, clean (as clean as one can be during construction), respectful, creative and all-around great guys. They communicated everything (timing, cost, start, finish). They worked hard (even thru the weekend), stayed on schedule and they completed the project one day earlier than thought. How refreshing! Alex did a great job with his creativity in blending some of the floor material with the shower tile to break it up and give it some character. I appreciated his ideas. During the construction I was worried about our two fur babies, very curious cats. You know they get into everything. I was pleased as a pet owner, the crew made sure the cats did not escape. After I had paid and the project was essentially by definition done, but not 100%. I could've done the final touches (shower rod, touch up painting, cabinet knobs, sealing the new tile).... But Andy did return to finish and complete all of it. He also took out an extra 15 minutes of his day to install a new fan I bought for my bedroom at no cost, just being a nice guy. Thanks for going above and beyond! I've been ghosted by so many companies... after the job is done and they've been paid, all of the sudden it's like they don't know you. To say I'm beyond satisfied is an understatement!! I recently had a horrible experience with a large company and was completely put off so finding someone that I respected and liked, was very important to me. And honestly I'd rather give my money to a local small business anyway. I will be using their services in the future for any projects that I might have. Andy, the owner, consulted with us throughout the remodel. In addition to the remodel, we had extra ceiling lights installed and, as can be seen in one set of photos below, where the previous owner had an out-of-place Greek column covering support studs, Andy recommended we just seal the area with drywall, which we did. My wife and I could not be happier. The job was completed in a timely and professional manner and we could not be more pleased with the final product. We highly recommend the company and now we are going to have them remodel our kitchen too.
