We really appreciated the communication and the honesty which made us feel really good about signing our names on the lease. One thing I truly appreciated about working with Joshi and this company is that anytime we needed something or if anything minor came up Joshi would take care of it as if it were a huge issue. He was very responsive and again I might sound like a broken record but he actually cared to help us out when needed.
