I came to pick an order from this store a lady quickly came for my service. I gave my information for my pick up and the store manger Marus came over and looked up my order and I notice him making this lady felt small by not knowing what she is doing (problem 1). Lady quickly went to go get the order then came back and then froze looking at the screen for 5 minutes. I then asked her if there's anything wrong she said she needs the manager (Marus). We waited as Marus was helping a customer trying to sale a radiator. I notice the customer was irritated about how the sale was going so he left. (problem 2) So I interrupted and asked Marcus if he can help us. Note by this time it I've been waiting 15 minutes and let him know. He made a remark to me that ultimately decided to write this review. He said that he can cancel this order when the parts are right in front of him. I zipped my mouth smile and said No then looked at him and his name tag to see who he was. (Store manager Marus). AutoZone should your employee be sacred to ask anything from your manager? Can your manager threat a delivery driver that needs your parts simply because he cant train his team? Long story short I was made late by your store manger now I have a mark. This location of America's Tire is located right at the intersection of Greenback and Hazel Aves. just next door to the Auto Zone auto parts store. If you're gonna wait for your tires and need some food, there's a Taco Bell just down the parking lot. Sorry, nothing fancy here, it's what you got! Service is super friendly and well trained. They will do what ever they can to get you the best price and the best tire for you. It's best to make an appointment if you are in for service, like one for the free balance and rotations you get with purchase of tires here. One pro tip on buying tires here and pricing ... they will price match other tire places .... including Costco! Here's the real pro tip, Costco has the same tires and about the same prices on major brand tires like Bridgestone, but what Costco offers sometimes, or I think all the time is the installation is INCLUDED in the price .... so America's Tire will match that too, and give you FREE installation! That's like getting an additional $100 off the total sales price! You have to ask and show that's what the deal is over at Costco to get the match. Killer deal, though it only works on exact tire matches that Costco has that America's Tire sells as well.
