Looking for an IT company? Look elsewhere. This 'IT company' is responsible for infecting several of our computers with the SODINOKIBI ransomware, as well as one of my life-long friends who is in the area, through their remote desktop software. If you ask me, any IT company that is responsible for infecting their clients with malware should be avoided at all costs. Our assigned technician continues to blame it on other Executech employees, saying it is the backend employees' fault. They offered us no extra service, no discounts, and no refunds. Now our in-house IT must deal with the consequences. Their entire business model is a scam- you only pay for hours you use. In other words, they are not motivated to rid your network of problems. They are motivated to make you dependent upon them by creating a network with constant issues. Our IT is a joke, and the entire company knows it. STAY AWAY. Please, trust me. Their incompetence has cost our company millions. And to Executech, if you even dare to reply to this with, 'We are sorry you had this experience,' how about you apologize with a refund of the years of service we have paid for? Your so-called service is unacceptable. Your technicians have offended our employees, belittled our management, and tried to shift the blame of your blunders to others. So don't give me that crap. I'm posting this under an anonymous name, but if we suddenly have another network compromise, I will know exactly who is responsible. In fact, I'm sure many news organizations would love a story about how Executech gave our company ransomware. read more

My former employer provides laptops to it's employees which have encrypted drives (I worked for a highly-secure hardware tech company). When my laptop suffered a corruption to the boot sector and wouldn't restart I contacted several data recovery services for support (my IT Dept recommended that I first try to get local support rather than shipping it across the country to HQ) In all instances I left voice messages with my return number. Executech was the first to reply even though they were the last service provider I called. (One service provider took 2 weeks to return my initial call!) Unfortunately the hard drive was encrypted with an old application and Executech was unable to access the encrypted data despite several attempts. I was surprised when I picked up the laptop that Executech did not charge me or my company, even for the labor, because they were unable to complete the request. As it turned out, I shipped the laptop back to my company IT Dept and even they, with the original encryption software and keys, were unable to recover any data. Although the information was a complete loss, Executech's service, support, communication and professionalism were a complete win! I don't expect miracles, but I do expect honesty, integrity, and best efforts. I received all of that from Executech. I would definitely recommend them for IT service needs. read more

Eric and Nate did an amazing job with our computer. My husband and I thought that our computer had died. It would freeze up multiple times a day. We told Executech that we were in the market for a new computer. They told us to bring in the original computer just in case it could be fixed. The tech showed up 40 mins late, spent almost as much time on his cell phone texting , then answered 3 others calls and my service is down cause it wasn't set up right.
