I think they do this to avoid bad reviews since they know they are scammers. Do you research before booking with them. They have no social media accounts, every successful limo service especially the ones in Miami have at least an Instagram. When you go on their website click the 'contact us' tab and when you try to click their social media accounts it won't open or will say the page has been deleted. They have there Yelp page linked to a different address then the address on their website. You can't find them on regular maps on apple devices. You also can't find them on google maps or google reviews. They have many different phone numbers listed on different platforms I was able to find. They took my money and never arrived leaving us stranded. I would love to meet face to face with these people but I'm not quite sure which address is the real one. Is it the one on your website? Or the one on sunbiz? They are too cowardly to respond to the bad reviews but that's what lawyers are for. She gave the driver $20 each way in spite of the fact that a significant (%20) gratuity was included in the quote. Don't use this company... they will charge you at least twice what they quote you. I suppose they think that those who use Limo services, don't review their credit card bills.
