My car hasn't been cleaned, besides a quick vacuum, in the 7 years I've had it and now it looks better than show room quality. I brought my car in after my cat peed on my seat, everyday wear and tear after years, and to see if I could get some paint and scratches buffed out of my car. He got my car done in about 5 hours, taking the time to work with my schedule and even offering me a ride. He cleaned my seats to the original light tan color and got the pee, paw prints and whatever else was on them. The whole interior was scrubbed down, cleaned and was glistening! He even applied a deodorizer to the vents to get rid of the smell so now my care smells like a flower patch, and I love it. And as a bonus, he even deep cleaned my filthy trunk that was extremely soiled by years of filth that I was never able to get out and all my friends feared seeing. All the windows were crystal clear, my headlights were bright and clear that it looked like the lights were replaced, and my brights can beat the sun. The exterior is super shiny with no scratches left and no paint on my bumper! Jack applied a 4 coat wax and Rainx so now when I drive all the water just beads off. A couple days after I got my car detailed I had to drive down more dirt roads than my car has seen in a lifetime and when I washed it all the dirt just came right off with a quick wash at the self wash. I highly highly recommend going to Captain Jacks! I certainly will be going back again! Now that I got it cleaned people aren't scared to go in my car anymore :D

Why? Apparently they had to remove some panels under our van to coat the frame well. OK. Our van was on hold for 3 more days until the kid came back to work.. guess what! He doesn't remember either!!! Auto-One did reach out to the local ford dealer for advice. But suffice to say, that didn't help. They literally told us good luck, for us to install them, and knocked a measly $50 off the bill. WTF!? So now we're crawling underneath the van to figure out this puzzle... What kind of shop removes something and cannot figure out how to put it back together!? And then says TOO BAD! We went here a few years ago to get a Truxedo Low Pro Tannow cover put on our Dodge Ram. The…read moreinstall went fine and we didn't have any issues until recently. We went with this brand because we were told it had a lifetime guarantee. The latch wore out and the cover would not stay down. I brought the truck in and asked if we could get it fixed under warranty. Photos were taken and we were told they would file a warranty replacement. Brad told me he would call me. A week goes by with no call. I was told that they were waiting on parts. Two weeks go by. I call. Same story. Three weeks go by. I stop in. I explain I need this replaced so I can move my son home from college. He says he will follow up with the company and call me back. Did I get a call back? No. I called a few days later. A woman answered the call and said she would have Brad call back. Did he call back? No. A month and half goes by. Brad tells me he followed up and they are shipping the items. They will be here Wednesday the following week. I call the following Friday. He states that he doesn't have the parts. He would check. He would call back. Does he call me back? No. At this point it has been over a month and a half. I call Truxedo and ask if Brad from Diversified Creations made a warranty request. Truxedo tells me that there is no warranty request. She calls him and he says he is 'working with his supplier' for the warranty request and Truxedo told Brad they will work with me directly instead. Truxedo tells me that you don't go through suppliers for a warranty replacement - that's isn't how warranty replacements work. Obviously, nobody submitted the warranty replacement. Brad repeatedly told me he would get me the parts and they were on order but never even made the warranty request with Truxedo. Truxedo verified this. If you are too busy, or don't want to bother with the warranty replacement, just tell me so I don't waste my time. Don't give me the run around for almost two months and then make me find out through Truxedo that you never sent in a warranty replacement with them for my issue, even though you told me you did and the parts were coming in. You never bothered to call me back any of the times I called. I do not recommend working with this business.
