Came to this place for all my needs tony handled business with me and was always happy when leaving so on 4-14-23 I had my appointment for tint all windows including windshield dropped the car of like usually got the call when I went to pick it up I notice water marks all over the truck I do understand when tinting lots of water and soap is needed but also a simple wipe down after Finishing the job would be professional when I asked about that kinda got a attitude back saying we're not a detail shop we are not gonna detail your truck mind you I bought the truck 4 days before after I continued my inspection and noticed the door paint chipped like it was being hit against something when I showed them the front desk guy came out took pics and said the manager will look at the cameras and will go from there got a call back saying they need my truck for 2 for days to repair which wouldn't work if that was my only vehicle then I check the tint out and had bubbles nasty dirt hair on the front windshield later the day I got a call back saying they pump they use for water and soap the filter was dirty so now we have to reschedule for a tint redo I proceeded to make the appointment for 4-20-23 got a text few days before saying he couldn't do my tint over because he overbook ok it happens so we set another appointment for 5-5-23 dropped it off before 9am they open at 9 I then got a call around 12:30 saying if I would be ok to have them just do the 2 fronts over and reschedule another appointment another day to redo the windshield it's it made me really frustrating that I had to miss work get out of work early to drop the car off multiple times and just to have issue after issue after everything I politely asked for my money back and then careless to lose my business so I got left with bad tint on my new 2023 ram paint chip damage to my door and now I have to pay someone else to remove and reinstall tint I wouldn't recommend this place anymore read more

They did a good job on the titns but they fuck my sunroof and they just say that it was like that & and they didn't fix it!

These guys know their stuff. It might be a small place but they have big service. We have had them do stereos in the past and most recently a remote starter for my wife's car. Tony at the front desk is simply outstanding and very knowledgeable. We had an issue with a setting on the starter, brought it back today and were fixed in 30 minutes. I have used competitors in the past but always keep coming back to Car Tunes, they must have good management since their employees and service is so outstanding, good job guys! read more

I think this place could be the auto crown jewel of Pontiac and Northern Oakland County. But lemme explain that its not gonna blow you away as some huge sprawling garage... this place is tiny. But, they manage to pump out some pretty good work. Took my daughters truck in for an auto system and felt really good after dealing with these guys. The install work was clean, and bear the mark of a guy that gives a car about what he does, rather than just pound electronics into your car. I can't seem to recall the guys name at the counter, but he was all world. Answered all my questions, laid out all the options and really knew what he was talking about. My daughter is a AAA student headed away to college and the ONLY thing she asked for after winning a full ride scholarship was a system in her first car.
