I appreciate the excellent customer service, but I remain quite disappointed in the performance of ceramic film.

Super smart and gifted know what they're doing. They'll pick the right equipment out for you and do a perfect install and do all the dampening just right. Not everybody knows as much as they do read more

Do not take your car here, incompetent lazy installer will not know how to complete the work. Go anywhere else!!!

They are the best window tinters around. They work quickly with high quality material. Highly recommend...

10 inch audison subwoofer and amp plug n play amazing Chris installer Pro great job gentlemen

Came to this place for all my needs tony handled business with me and was always happy when leaving so on 4-14-23 I had my appointment for tint all windows including windshield dropped the car of like usually got the call when I went to pick it up I notice water marks all over the truck I do understand when tinting lots of water and soap is needed but also a simple wipe down after Finishing the job would be professional when I asked about that kinda got a attitude back saying we're not a detail shop we are not gonna detail your truck mind you I bought the truck 4 days before after I continued my inspection and noticed the door paint chipped like it was being hit against something when I showed them the front desk guy came out took pics and said the manager will look at the cameras and will go from there got a call back saying they need my truck for 2 for days to repair which wouldn't work if that was my only vehicle then I check the tint out and had bubbles nasty dirt hair on the front windshield later the day I got a call back saying they pump they use for water and soap the filter was dirty so now we have to reschedule for a tint redo I proceeded to make the appointment for 4-20-23 got a text few days before saying he couldn't do my tint over because he overbook ok it happens so we set another appointment for 5-5-23 dropped it off before 9am they open at 9 I then got a call around 12:30 saying if I would be ok to have them just do the 2 fronts over and reschedule another appointment another day to redo the windshield it's it made me really frustrating that I had to miss work get out of work early to drop the car off multiple times and just to have issue after issue after everything I politely asked for my money back and then careless to lose my business so I got left with bad tint on my new 2023 ram paint chip damage to my door and now I have to pay someone else to remove and reinstall tint I wouldn't recommend this place anymore read more

Tony and his team are fantastic! I have since moved out of state and called just today with a question (had a radio installed back in July). Tony and his team were immensely helpful and answered my question. I'd for sure recommend this location. - Kai M read more

I got stuck on a car audio project and didn't have the time or tools to compete the job. Tony and his team were able to pick up where I left off and knock it out pretty quickly. read more

I went to the cartune"s in pontiac on m59 and telegraph. I received a written estimate for one price. Before looking at the estimate price I received from them. The same store. He added 100 more. On to the price which to me didn't make since. The price I received should have been the price I paid. read more

I can't believe how amazing Tony's customer service was. He was busy as heck but still remembered everyone's name and everything about their car. He was the most amazing sales man I've ever witnessed. We bought a car stereo and he helped us out immensely. read more

Went to ABC vs. this place as car stereo installation was around $200 cheaper

This car tunes is the best run car tunes operation in the state. period. The manager Tony runs the place very well. He is excellent at scheduling his appointments. If you are set for a certain time you know you will be in at your appointed time and will be out on or before you estimated time. I got a remote starter installed. It worked perfectly. When their are issues they work with you to get them resolved. I highly recommend this location read more

Car tunes is the best place to get audio work done. The manager Tony is very personable and a pleasure to work with. They installed a subwoofer in the rear deck of my 1977 cutlass and did an amazing job. The prices are great and customer service is awesome! Tony will take care of you. read more

Give the Pontiac location a call and you will instantly understand what separates them from other locations and their competitors. Tony is always ready to help and is incredibly knowledgeable with all sorts of car electronics. He will help advise you on making the right purchase for your car audio needs based on what you are looking to accomplish and your budget. I have trusted him with the car audio on two of my cars over the past two years and will continue returning to Tony for future upgrades. read more

Great guys at the Car Tunes shop in Pontiac. Very nice.

They did a good job on the titns but they fuck my sunroof and they just say that it was like that & and they didn't fix it!

These guys know their stuff. It might be a small place but they have big service. We have had them do stereos in the past and most recently a remote starter for my wife's car. Tony at the front desk is simply outstanding and very knowledgeable. We had an issue with a setting on the starter, brought it back today and were fixed in 30 minutes. I have used competitors in the past but always keep coming back to Car Tunes, they must have good management since their employees and service is so outstanding, good job guys! read more

I have a smart car and decided to have a system installed. Friends were telling me how overpriced car tunes was and some had bad experiences at the Woodward location. Seen good results on yelp about the Pontiac location plus it's close to my work. Best decision I could have made!! Tony at the front was very knowledgeable, he made sure I stayed within my budget and the installers there did an amazing job! I would definitely recommend this location. read more

Great place. Swapped out a radio for me for next to nothing. Prices were way better than RKST. Tony is very helpful. For $ 450 I got a incredible stereo. read more

I think this place could be the auto crown jewel of Pontiac and Northern Oakland County. But lemme explain that its not gonna blow you away as some huge sprawling garage... this place is tiny. But, they manage to pump out some pretty good work. Took my daughters truck in for an auto system and felt really good after dealing with these guys. The install work was clean, and bear the mark of a guy that gives a car about what he does, rather than just pound electronics into your car. I can't seem to recall the guys name at the counter, but he was all world. Answered all my questions, laid out all the options and really knew what he was talking about. My daughter is a AAA student headed away to college and the ONLY thing she asked for after winning a full ride scholarship was a system in her first car. These guys made sure it was a special expereince for us both. HOORAY Car Tunes you truly are the best!!!! read more
