I am a super type-A person who already knew what I wanted for floral and decor coming into the working relationship and they not only brought it to life but Cindee was so helpful in offering guidance and building on the ideas I already had. She also worked with me to help me get as much out of my budget as possible which is so appreciated and rare in the wedding industry. Linda was our day-of coordinator and she was worth every penny and so much more. I was relaxed on my wedding day because I knew that all details and timeline would be handled by her capable hands. Cindee is flexible and worked to help us find creative solutions and tweaks to decorations to match our budget as well. She is incredibly responsive via text and email, and very experienced in all decoration logistics. Beyond that, she is a kind and warm human being whom we genuinely enjoyed working with. 10/10 would hire again. We felt so lucky to have her. A special shout-out to her her day-of-coordinator Linda, who was incredibly detail-oriented, professional, and helped coordinate all the nitty gritty logistics including vendor coordination and timeline review the weeks building up to the wedding, and the day of. Lina stepped up for us and helped put together a FANTASTIC party. She transformed a businesslike boardroom into a magical place for a ceremony. She provided the tables, chairs, curtains, most of the decorations, and did the floral pieces as well. She coordinated with our vendors and helped make the ceremony and luncheon one that my parents and their guests will remember forever. In addition to all the setup and coordination, she suggested a photo booth that would print out photos right there that all our guests enjoyed. We could not have done it without her and would gladly recommend her to anyone.

Once we eventually got our photos back we could see just how badly she had done. She used fake flowers when we paid for real, used the literal cheapest decor everywhere possible. We were sold a dream and were left with unlit tacky candles, plastic walls, exposed sand bags and BARE minimum decor. Practically everything she did for us was CHEAP and TACKY. She lied to us about having "a team" when it was just her husband and son that evening. When we reached out for a refund she agreed (clearly she knew she didn't do a good job) but when it was time to pay us she ghosted us for a year despite multiple efforts. Stay far away!!!

She got our ideas down and sent us a quote. She gives decent pricing on some items but charges a lot more for others. I was able to find cheaper pricing from other vendors on certain things but still had her doing majority of the work, centerpieces, backdrop etc. Also I want to mention we didn't have contract with her, she never mentioned it and we assumed we didn't need one. Six weeks prior to the wedding she sent us the final quote which took her awhile to generate. We were surprised to see an additional 2k charge for just labor! She didn't give us a breakdown of the charge just "Labor - $2,050". We asked for the breakdown of how she was calculating it and her calculations were inconsistent. We talked to her on the phone and went over the pricing and she realized the errors she made and said she would send us a revised quote. Here comes the kicker - The next day to our surprise we receive an email from her telling us that she cannot do our wedding because if she isn't the main person doing the wedding then she can't do it at all and also added that doing an event in Stockton wouldn't make sense for her since she lived in Sacramento and it was "too far" which made no sense since she knew all along the reception was in Stockton. Bottom line: She is expensive, unreliable and unprofessional. Be cautious if you do decide to work with her and definitely have her sign a contract upfront.
