We got married in July 2017 in San Mateo. We had an outside wedding followed by a reception in the banquet hall. We were having such a difficult time finding a reliable decorator who is also reasonably priced! Ritesh was that decorator! We have absolutely zero regrets with him and his team! We're extremely happy with all the decorations for both events throughout the day! He takes your vision and enhances it to make your event classy and elegant!! I told Ritesh that I really love fresh flowers and would love lots of them for the wedding! As a company they are extremely professional and have done the decor more than what we have asked for. We have asked for the Ganesha backdrop which was customized and built it just for us. The first day was at our home followed by two days of larger events at our venue. I came home to see my house decorated on day 1 and it almost brought me to tears. Honestly, that was the moment I stopped stressing about the details. I finally knew I could trust them. Day 2 was incredible. Such a relief! I was blown away and so relieved to see that the massive space we had rented out for the big events completely transformed. Day 3 was the actual wedding and reception. That was on another level altogether. Take a look at the pics! To anyone who is looking at Exclusive Mandaps as a finalist vendor for your wedding, I would like you to know something. I shopped around for months before I found them. I even booked someone else and then later learned I had made a terrible mistake and had to start all over from scratch with my search. We had already booked an unusual venue for an Indian wedding. It was essentially a huge, empty warehouse, with nothing but three glass walls looking over the Bay. My vision was to decorate this open space and make it grand and luxe and they did just that for me. What a challenge! Ritesh and Nikita are genuinely good, honest people who have fantastic taste and really take pride in what they do. They managed to surprise me with beautiful, obviously expensive and time consuming elements and details that we didn't even expect. That's what really made it work for me is that they treated my wedding like it was their own. And I honestly can't say that about any of my other wedding vendors. It's all about money for most people but if you have to pay someone, why not pay someone who also has your best interest at heart? Awesome is the next best word i can use for Ritesh who did a splendid job for my Marriage at Elk Grove. 1000 Stars for the Customer Service.. My parents and our In-Laws both were worried about marriage arrangements in the US, but this guy made it so beautiful , nice and elegant where my friends came to me and said with the arrangements and decorations they are inspired for their marriage also to be in the US. He gave me a India marriage feeling with all the art work and settings he and his team had setup. He was really patient during all the process and giving answers to every question(small and big) from me and my relatives. Let me give an example of his customer Service... It was really eventful marriage on the May21. We have had booked the Hall from 6am to 4pm but the management didn't open the hall till 7:45am. The bride and the decoration team themselves waited at the door for first 30min. It was chaos since we were neither able to contact the event center people. I was not able to find hotels near by the Event Hall as everything was Booked. Ritesh was very kind and offered his office at Elk Grove so the bride can get ready and that saved us the day, since the bride has to get ready by 9 and the Indian make up and Dressing at least take 3hrs. He just saved us by offering his place. Apart from that his team didn't loose any focus or concentration and still did an amazing job tough they lost 1hr 30min from the setup they asked. His team still did such a great job and gave me the setup by 9am as planned.. Hats off to him and his team to work at this level of commitment. As they say we will know about a person only when we have hard situations and i can say this with confidence these guys are just splendid at what they do and they proved themselves beyond any vendor i worked with till now. This is must go place for any event you are planning and i would say all hands down you can go to him and forget about any concerns with decorations for the event. This guy can make the event the best one for you and your Family(PS:: Beware:: Your friends might be busy taking photos with your setup and decorations but not you ;-) ) You will feel that you have won a million dollar lottery finding them and getting the job done from them.. We didn't have a good idea of what we really wanted in the beginning for our mandap and Ritesh showed us a lot of options and gave us some really good ideas. He has his own warehouse that could walk through which was a big advantage over other places.
