The company did outstanding work!!! We have two small dogs and the carpet was previously soiled…read morewith dog urine and so much dirt that the water extracted from soiled carpet was dark brown. They treated with pet enzyme spray and the odor/smell came out, and the carpet looks so much better. Additionally they thoroughly cleaned two area rugs. We also asked for installation of new carpet padding we had bought separately and they were able to install with no problem (removing the old padding and replacing our carpet). They did a much better job than some of the other ,carpet cleaning competitors we've used before, and the prices are really reasonable. They seem genuinely concerned about pleasing their customers and will communicate what they assess to match expectations. We Would use again and refer friends and family. My husband and family were also very pleased.

They work quickly but do a thorough job -- my carpets always look great when they're done. With a busy family and two cats, my carpets really need the extra care, and these guys always deliver. They're a small local business and stay pretty busy, which makes sense given how good they are. I just plan ahead because I'd rather wait for someone I trust to do the job right and for a competitive price. I've even recommended them to my mom, who's particular about her home and who she lets in -- she's been just as happy with their work. Rod's friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in what he does. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Unique Carpet Cleaning to anyone!

AVOID QUALITY PRO CARPET CLEANERS -- WE PAID $300 AND RECEIVED NOTHING…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, especially for a business I've used before, but our most recent experience with Quality Pro Carpet Cleaners was completely unacceptable. We prepaid $300 to have a house cleaned before putting it up for sale. The cleaning service was never provided, and the company kept our money. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of communication. We called and texted repeatedly trying to understand what happened and get the service we had already paid for. No response. No explanation. No refund. Eventually, we could no longer reach them at all, and it appeared the phone had either been turned off or our number had been blocked. For context, we had used this company once before and had a solid experience with the actual cleaning, although their communication was poor even then. We never had a disagreement, payment issue, or negative interaction with them that would explain what happened this time. To this day, we have absolutely no idea why they suddenly stopped responding after taking our money. At this point, we've accepted the loss and hired another company to do the job Quality Pro Carpet Cleaners was already paid to perform. A business taking $300 upfront, failing to provide the service, refusing to respond to repeated calls and texts, and failing to issue a refund is beyond disappointing. It completely destroys any trust we previously had in this company. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE QUALITY PRO CARPET CLEANERS. Based on our experience, I would never prepay this company for anything.

The service was completely unacceptable. We were charged…read moreover $700 (6 hours for cleanings/2 for carpets) and did NOT get our money's worth. We have a two-story house and the first quote we received was 2-4 hours plus a flat rate for carpets. After the President of the company, according to his card, who was onsite for cleaning, saw the house at 9am, he quoted 5 hours to finish everything (2pm). At 2pm then, he said, 1 more hour. They "finished" at 5pm. We didn't move in until two days later, when we had a chance to do an in depth look and see the job they did. We paid for the full top-to-bottom move-in service which included deep cleaning and kitchen appliances, but saw the following problems before anyone else even set foot into the house: -Dirt marks on the walls -Balls of dirt and crud on 'cleaned' carpets -Hairs in the shower and sinks -Dog toenails in front of the fireplace -Dust on most doorframes, window blinds, and air vents -Hair in drawers and on floors -Airfryer untouched/not cleaned -The carpets smelled like dogs -Most of the window sills were absolutely filthy, covered in dirt, dust and grime. (We paid extra for windows as well) -The carpets may have been washed, but there's no way they were vacuumed, as after walking around barefoot, the bottoms of our feet were filthy. It was after 5pm, (when the business closed), so we called him back the next morning. We explained everything we saw and even informed him that we even took pictures for him. He was rude, very defensive and refused to believe or take accountability for any of the problems. There was no apology, no offer for correcting any issues, or any reasoning with him to come to any type of solution. He then told us he wasn't going to do anything about it, because it was after 48 hours since it the "cleaning", and since we locked the house after they finished, it was our fault for not noticing the issues then.
