The carpet is light beige with several heavy traffic areas needing special attention. As Mr King said, there's no guarantee he will get the spots out but he'll try his best. I have a before and after photo of one of the heavy traffic areas posted. Compare them. Cleaning the carpet cost us $140 for 3 rooms-one of which is a large family room.
