He didn't require an in-person evaluation, but we decided anyway to visit his shop and give him an opportunity to better assess the damage in person. Along with the damage to the bumper, we also showed him some longstanding nicks and scratches along the passenger side that had bothered my mom for some time. Dimitri said they could buff out as much of it and if not, we could schedule another time to get it painted as a separate job (more on that below). The quote was more than reasonable and included the full repair of the bumper. In all it took no more than a day and half to complete and the work done by these guys was absolutely IMPECCABLE. You couldn't even tell that the bumper was scuffed up. Fantastic work! They tried to get the passenger side doors buffed out as much as possible but alas, a paint job was necessary on that side alone. We scheduled a follow-up visit to knock that out for a nominal fee (once again - more than reasonable) and within the same day, they made it look like we had just rolled the vehicle off the lot at the dealership. Gotta say - Dimitri is a really good dude. He has a great demeanor and you can tell when a place prides itself on customer service, because even for the extent of the work compared to some of the other vehicles we saw on the lot, he was genuinely nice to us the entire time and incredibly hospitable too by offering snacks and beverages in their cozy waiting area. The guys working in the garage were equally swell and approachable. I could not recommend this place enough. I know peoples experience will always vary, but I can only speak of our experience and it was a delightful one. Thank you Dimitri!

He repaired damage to the front driver side front corner and the passenger side rocker panel that I scraped against a curb and also fixed a fender dent incurred by a grocery cart hitting me in a parking lot. He told me they probably wouldn't be able to fully make the dent disappear, but that they'd get it to the point where it wouldn't really be noticeable. I really appreciated the honesty. When I picked up my car, I was blown away. I can't even tell where the dent was anymore unless I know exactly where to look. The repair turned out way better than I expected. On top of that, the price was very reasonable, especially considering how good the results were. I was afraid I'd have to take it to the Tesla service center which I'm sure would've charged an arm and a leg, so I'm super stoked that I was able o have the Dent Guys fix it for I'm sure a third of what I'd have to pay Tesla. Unfortunately, this problem originated from a previous repair in Orange County, where someone supposedly installed a new bracket to address a broken mounting point. Less than a year later, the bumper started coming apart again. I brought the vehicle to Bumper 360, and I cannot say enough about their honesty and professionalism. Laura took the time to evaluate the problem and recommended a common-sense solution: rather than installing another bracket, charging me more for parts and labor, and potentially ending up with the same problem again, she recommended using professional bumper adhesive to permanently secure the damaged area. That is exactly the type of honesty and transparency I appreciate in a business. They weren't looking for the most expensive repair--they were looking for the solution that made the most sense for the customer. The young technician who worked on my Mercedes was extremely skilled and did a phenomenal job.
