After that they drop your package, box or envelope, WITH YOUR VERY PERSONAL AND PRIVATE INFORMATION ON THE PACKAGE, INCLUDING YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER...at one of their access locations. Which could be a dive restaurant, funky unestablished overnight so-called business, usually in a bad part of town. Where any number of people can view your private information. Then you, the recipient, has to drag your butt to whatever shady location, show your driver's license or ID to these strangers to prove who you are, risk getting mugged or car-jacked, get your box, package or envelope and make your way home by car, bus or walking. Wow! Remember that whoever shipped you that package paid UPS a lot of money to get that package delivered to you....but UPS only tried once. And you had to pick up your package. DHL? Had an interaction with one of their tractor trailers on the Durham Freeway yesterday, been a while…read moresince I observed such dangerous inconsiderate "professional" driver. Came up behind me in heavy morning traffic, followed so close all I could see was the grill, he changed lanes a few times causing others to brake as to not get pushed off the highway, he got caught in traffic and I got about midway up the trailer on the left, and we entered a "right lane closed" well marked merge onto I-40. the left turn signal came on, and he aggressively forced his way into the left lane causing the 2 cars and me to brake hard as to not get run over, he continued on I-40 EB in the "no truck" lane and I watched as he weaved in and out till he was gone. Whoever insures the equipment of this company should be very concerned and follow and observe this man. I have over 3 million miles myself and have seen it all, but this dude is as bad as I have ever seen. Tr.# 21610.
