Tom set up an appointment with us on a Saturday, which was wonderful, so we didn't have to take off work (or get a quote during dinner time). He brought a window sample and brochures, discussed the process, measured, and gave us a quote. I checked some of his other reviews and the business is legit, so we hired him. Yesterday, at about the 8 week mark from start to finish, the installers completed. They did such a great job, keeping the house clean and all windows look amazing. We even had a challenging one, very tall with a giant arch, and about 6 feet wide. We also got a sliding glass door put in, and that looks wonderful too. We will be looking to upgrade our front door in the next few months, and will turn to Tom and his crew for the work. Don't hesitate to call Tom. You won't regret it.

Tom's crew was professional in every way during the process. The amount of heat coming from the older windows compared to the new ones on the east and west sides of our house is so much better. I wish that DJT didn't end all the federal Energy Tax Credits effective 2026. We could have saved on the cost.

Screws in a large window had no anchors and no longer held to the window. This was discovered by the professional window washer I hired to do my windows. The screws needed an anchor and more screws due to the size of the window. I contacted Screen mobile and was told that because they did not remove the screen the only way they would replace the screws and add an anchor was if I paid for a technician to come out at the cost of $148 . No where in the contract nor the warranty information did it state that to have my windows washed Screen mobile would have to remove and the reset the screen at the cost of $148 each step. They kept on saying that the professional window washer was at fault. I have used this gentleman for over 24 years in three homes all which had sun screens with no issues present prior to this occasion. At my previous homes I used an independent man whose card I misplaced. Wish now that I would have looked harder. The screens where almost $3.0K and Screen mobile won't come out and replace screws and put in anchors. No way to build customer referrals and loyalty that is for sure. Email to corporation in Chandler resulted in being ghosted. Stay away from this business and look for an independent who will stand behind their work.

But now one of the cabinets is starting to detach from the wall and some of the laminate is starting to peel. One of the representatives came to our house trying to sell other remodeling upgrades and I showed him the issues with our kitchen remodel and he informed to call the support number. I called the number and they said a tech would reach out to schedule within 24 hours. Needless to say, that never happened. Reported issue at Renuity website, never got a response. What good is a warranty if they don't honor it.

The week caused the stucco to separate from the back of my house. I had to have it repaired it cost me approximately $5,000. I reached out them to be reimbursed for it. After several weeks of back and forth with them they just told me today that they do not warranty that type of work and that it was my responsibility to have the stucco repaired immediately after the windows were done as is their policy. I had no idea there was stucco damage or that it needed to be repaired until late last year. I had another window company tell me that the reason this happened is because they didn't flange my windows properly.

From contract signing, measure, order placement & install, it could not have been a better experience and their communication is fantastic.
