I am FURIOUS. ~ I have family with OCD and bad allergies coming in for the weekend, so I decided to hire for a DEEP CLEAN. ~ I have a small one bedroom/one bathroom (500sqft). My main request was clean baseboards. I didn't realize that hiring a cleaning service could leave my place WORSE than they found it. -- they did NOTHING but DAMAGE my place. ~ they left SCRATCHES all in my bath tub that I will need to pay to have replaced at move out. Goodbye deposit!!! They did not have ANY bleach with them (wtf kind of cleaners don't use bleach or disinfectant?) ~ all they did was move my stuff around the counters to make it appear that they cleaned. ~ They wiped everything with a dirty rag leaving rag residue EVERYWHERE! And then to proceed they STOLE two of my good hand towels!!! On top of that, I moved the couch out of the way for them to vacuum and mop all of my living room. These women moved my couch back to its place and SWEPT THE DUST UNDERNEATH MY COUCH as if I wouldn't notice!!! They left after an hour (hired for an hour and a half) and said they were done because it was "clean." I immediately wrote to them saying this was unacceptable. They sent the ladies back for another 10 minutes. One cleaned the bathroom floor and the other stood and stared at me while I cleaned the baseboards. She WATCHED ME cleaning my baseboards!! The photos you see are AFTER them being here TWICE. The lady on the phone offered for them to come back a 3rd time to "help me" clean. Why would they need to come HELP ME CLEAN after I just hired them to CLEAN?!?!?! I just spent the last 2 hours scrubbing my baseboards and finishing my bathroom and kitchen cleaning. Have to buy new hand towels to replace the ones they stole. And Don't know what the hell I'm going to do about this bathtub!!!!! I wish I never tipped them before I saw all of this. Extremely unprofessional. Not-thorough. Rude customer service. Shows up whenever they want without notice or late. The one nice thing I can say is the cleaning ladies are nice. Otherwise this company is unprofessional and do not deliver a thorough cleaning service. Our house was left dirty and incomplete. What's worse is they are very familiar with our house as it was the fourth time they cleaned it. I'm busy with a newborn and they didn't say they ran out of time they just left. The areas we told them to complete was left dirty and incomplete as you can see from the photos. When mentioning it to the owner made it our fault for not telling them even though I have proof we spoke about the issue on the same day. The owner Saul offered a complementary service and then took back his offer. I CANNOT BELIEVE IT !! Who does that ?! I just had them come clean my 2+2. Called and they were able to send someone within an hour. LOVE THAT! Now on to the service provided and what I expected. I expect if I'm paying $140 for 2 people (Kevin and Yessica to be exact) clean for 2 hours then I want a good deep cleaning. Kitchen expectations: -kitchen to be cleaned (dishes washed, cabinets wiped, dishes put away, microwave cleaned, refrigerator wiped down, appliances on counter to be moved and cleaned under and all around.) Kitchen service provided: -dishes were washed and the counter was wiped Beds were left completely untouched. Floors were left with dust in corners and no furniture was moved to ensure a good cleaning. They mopped, yet there's still spots that were missed. No walls, light switches or windows were cleaned. Ceiling fans are dusty along with my display shelf in my living room. Bathroom mirror was water spots. Coffee table wasn't wiped. Trash isn't taken out. Keep in mind about 1 1/2 hour into my service I called the man who dropped the cleaners off and let him know how unsatisfactory of a job they were doing and I even let him know that I've asked them to do certain jobs over because it simply was not clean at all. He came in towards the end and pointed out some of the issues he seen himself, but even after...it's not clean. The worst cleaning service I ever experienced. Do not go here even though they may offer cheaper rates. They didn't even spend a full hour cleaning and I was charged for 1.5 hours. 1) They canceled last minute for my appointment at 5pm due to the "covid curfew at 10pm." How does that even make sense? That should have been a red flag. When I rescheduled, the ladies left my house very dirty. They barely cleaned anything and dust was left in every corner. Dust everywhere! My regular cleaners have been impacted by Covid and unable to keep their schedule. I decided to try out Excellent Maid. They sent 2 maids yesterday, who were very nice, but did not do a thorough standard cleaning. They asked me if I wanted to check the house and I was teleworking and managing my first grader, so I said no and paid them. After they left, I took a closer look only to see dust on at least one cabinet and floors that were not fully immaculate. I texted the contact and informed them that I would not keep the biweekly appointment and listed my concerns. They offered me a $5 discount. Needless to say, t I didn't take that offer. He said there was a misunderstanding in scheduling and that they thought I had said anytime today the cleaners should show up.He said it was their understanding that the cleaners would actually arrive at 4 PM. I booked after my friend recommended the company. When you book through yelp, you're made to answer a series of questions about your home so the company can give you a price. I put that I had a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home which was between 2001-2500 sq ft. I got a reply saying I'd need 2 cleaners for 2 hours and the price would be $115. I questioned the amount of time as my sister has a cleaner and she works alone and needs about 5-6 hours in a similar sized house - but I was told the ladies were very good at what they did - so I thought I'd give them a try. We arranged for 10am - they came at 11am. I told them my absolute must do's and then other things I wanted done once every few months. They did an excellent job of what they did actually clean so I can't fault them there. I heard them saying they were finished. As I came downstairs I checked the mantelpiece above the stairs where I have some photo frames - it was full of dust and that was something I specifically pointed out to them. My stairs were still really dirty (wooden steps which show dust/hair very visibly) - so the lady came back in to give everything a quick wipe down. I then saw the kitchen sink hadn't been touched!! I told her I would just do it and she said it wasn't a problem, but because she had packed away all her cleaning material, she grabbed my brush which I use for bottles and started working on the sink - I stopped her immediately and showed her the sponge I use. They left and I continued cleaning! Clean before and after the cleaner!! Also noticed my kitchen floors are still dirty so I don't know whether they mopped or not :-( The kitchen floors was the main thing I wanted cleaning. I contacted the company to let them know, but the guy couldn't care less about my feedback - I ended up paying for 3 hours of cleaning, but it was all very rushed and not a good job. Don't be fooled by the estimate you get, you'll end up needing more time and a rushed job - no fault of the ladies as they're under pressure and doing what they can. Price is per hour per cleaner, and they do a great job cleaning my ~2200 sq feet house in 2 hours with 2 people, even above and beyond in some areas like putting sheets on the bed if they've been washed. This also included bathrooms, kitchen, and even interior windows. They bring their own supplies. Communication is great, very responsive. -1 star for the first time I used them where they missed the arrival window by about an hour and I was not informed up front. I'm going to keep it simple: I was quoted 80 dollars for a studio apartment, cleaners came an hour late, stepped in dog poop and smeared it all over the carpet, didn't vacuum, scraped the toilet so bad we didn't get our deposit back and had to pay for the damages they created. Then to top it off I get a text that the service is now 140. Ridiculous company DO NOT go here unless you want a headache during a move. Our place was not dirty at all, just needed a professional cleaning, and we got the opposite. We even provided the cleaners gloves and equipment to use. Never got a refund, never got an apology all I got was "you said it was okay so they left" yeah until I saw all the dog shit on the floor and stench that we had to buy something to hide the smell before the final viewing. The good news was that they were able to come same day which was great. They were suppose to be here at 3:30 pm but arrived 40 mins late. I was ok with that because I was planning to be home all day and it was short notice. Three ladies came and cleaned my 1 bedroom apartment for one hour. I requested they clean my refrigerator and throw out all the old food since I don't speak Spanish I didn't specify not to throw out closed bottled soda, or jar condiments and they threw everything out. Nonetheless my fridge and freezer are spotless and the rest of my casa is clean. My disappointment is that I told them to specifically focus on the kitchen and bathroom on the first floor that upstairs didn't need cleaning as much. Halfway through on their time, downstairs was barely touched, I ponder what they were doing all this time and where they focused their energies cuz they didn't listen at all. They go over on time, charges me extra and in the end, left the kitchen still dirty. I ended up cleaning the kitchen and doing a deep clean, the same deep clean I asked them to do. It takes me like 2 hours to go over all the cabinets, wiping them down and wondering why there's still bits of food in the empty drawers. I want to love them, I really do. They're nice to talk to and they quoted better. I think they have potential and I might give them a try again. But funny thing, their customer service really isn't all that great. Cuz when you complain, it's not like they're going to make things right and throw in a discount. They just apologize and that's that.
