I used Yelp Request a Quote and was happy to find Maids Envy fit the bill. The owner, Ricky, was quick to respond and able to provide a quote and scheduling all via Yelp DM which was appreciated. The couch cleaners (who are also carpet cleaners) came on Tuesday and the house cleaners came Wednesday. Both worked very efficiently, especially the house cleaners who managed to clean our two story, three bedroom place in a little over an hour between the three of them. Overall, I was happy with the job. There were a few things overlooked like the trash in the bathrooms but the big picture was satisfactory! The price was competitive compared with a couple of other quotes I got. Ricky called me after they were done for payment over the phone which was easy and he was very kind. I'd definitely consider opting in for a more regular cleaning with Maids Envy if we want that down the line.

When she was done and it came time to inspect, I was shocked to find the amount of things that were missed, including a large, dried puddle of stuck-on goo in one of the cabinets, left by a previous tenant. This is something super gross and in plain sight. I am seriously astounded that this was overlooked after 4 hours of deep kitchen cleaning. I then pointed out some stuck on grime under the stove ledge (which I had pointed out during the initial walk through). Her response? "Yeah, I don't think I can do much with that... You could probably get it off with some Goo Gone"............. I thought that is what I was paying YOU for!!!!!!
