Installation was quick and efficient. When the moulding didn't match my existing one, they replaced it with something much closer. They also followed up after the job and coordinated with an Anlin technician to fix a few minor issues. And they worked well alongside other contractors I had on-site, which made things much easier. Based on our conversations and the positive reviews I had read, I was looking forward to hiring him for the job. Unfortunately, my experience changed when it came time for the on-site estimate. We agreed on a date and time for him to visit the property, but he did not show up and did not contact me beforehand. Afterward, I attempted to reach him by phone and through Yelp messages but received no response. I understand that schedules change and unexpected circumstances arise. However, a simple phone call, text message, or message through Yelp would have been appreciated and demonstrated professionalism. The lack of communication was disappointing and ultimately caused me to reconsider moving forward with the company. While my initial interactions were positive, reliability and communication are important factors when hiring a contractor, and unfortunately my experience fell short in those areas.
