Extremely Unprofessional and Misleading Experience I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership regarding my vehicle purchase. From the beginning, I was not treated with transparency or professionalism. I made a down payment as agreed, but the dealership failed to provide a proper receipt at the time of payment, which already raised concerns. Despite this, I continued forward in good faith based on the contract and written/text message communication with management confirming the amount I paid. Later, the dealership changed their reasoning regarding my situation, which felt inconsistent and misleading. Instead of resolving the issue fairly, I was given conflicting explanations and no clear accountability for the down payment I made. Communication with management has also been frustrating, as responses have not been clear or consistent, and I have not received proper resolution regarding my funds or agreement. Overall, this experience has been stressful, confusing, and unprofessional. I would strongly caution others to document everything carefully and be very cautious before doing business here. As a pregnant woman, I should not be going through this much stress, this has definitely made my pregnancy a lot more harder than it is. If I could give zero stars I would. If you want to maintain the peace in your life, then safe yourself the trip to this dealership. I can't even begin to explain the horrible customer service me and my family have experience. To begin, my stepdad purchased a vehicle from this place in May, to start it off they over charged and listed on necessary charges that they claimed were "non optional." We drove 4 hours to the dealership just to clear things up because they didn't answer the phone not a single time, they would transfer me and no one ever answer the voicemails. The temporary paper licensed plate they gave us expired and they didn't even send another temporary one, the car was parked in a driveway for weeks because no one would get back to us. We decided to go in person, when we went, they said it was basically our fault because we're not forced to sign any contract. After we went in person we managed to pick up the plate ourselves, the plate was literally sitting on the front desk, and they wouldn't ship it to PA. After we got all of our things they were still supposed to refund us $400 dollars for the second car key that they claimed was going to come with the plate but didn't. I sent them messages, over and over again asking them to send the money. I called the office and they told me there was no manager available, over and over again. If you want to purchase a car, please don't go here. DO NOT give these people your money. They make false claims about what you're getting and when you finally purchase a car, they stop calling and answer messages. This has had to be one of the worse customer service experiences I have had in my life. I'm warning you again, they will seem nice at first, they will accommodate everything before you purchase just to get you to sign but when you do they tell you, "It doesn't work like that." My experience with this dealership was and still is terrible. I purchased a Jeep Gladiator for my son. When I arrived, they told me that I had to finance the car or they would add at least 10% to the sales price. And that I had to "promise" to not pay off or refinance the car for at least 90 days (to keep their commission from financing company, or they wouldnt sell me the car. The sales person tried to sell me their warranty which I declined. The brakes felt loose and car smelled like cigarette smoke, the sales person said if I leave the car for a few days they would replace the brakes and get rid of cigarette smoke with their detailing service. They also tried to sell me a vehicle location system which I declined, they told me they would charge me $600 to take it out which is a joke, I agreed to pay $600. I picked up the car 4 days later, salesperson said they couldn't do anything about smoke because they switched detailing companies and new one had no odor bombs to fix it. It has been 45 days, they still have not activated the "vehicle location system", I've called over 20 times. Nobody calls me back and when I call they just leave me on hold. Sales person sends texts that it will happen by end of day or next day, but never happens. I regret doing business with this dealership. They are the ones who give used car dealerships a bad name. Do NOT waste your time here, do NOT trust what they say about the car or what they will do for you. I hope my experience saves one person, or more, from wasting their money there. One star -- would give zero if possible. Prior to finalizing the purchase, I explicitly stated that I did not want an extended service contract or GAP insurance. Aron confirmed and assured me that neither would be included. At the time of signing, I informed again that I was rejecting these coverages. However, I later discovered--after reviewing the financing documents and addendums--that both items had been added without my knowledge or consent. This discrepancy suggests a misrepresentation of the agreed-upon terms and raises serious concerns regarding transparency and ethical business practices. Based on my experience, this appears consistent with a bait-and-switch type practice. I do not recommend this dealership. Update on 01/02/2025- I received a blunt response from Aron stating that he is not aware of what happens within the Finance office regarding where or how these addendums are applied. He deflected responsibility by citing the corporate structure. I attempted to speak directly with the Finance Manager, but I have been unable to reach him so far as all calls are going to voicemail. I was charged over $11,000 extra for a $14,000 used Honda Accord, with no explanation being provided or an itemized list to explain why my car is $11,000 more expensive than the listed cash price. I was told that it was dealer fees and DMV fees, but those are already listed and there are no other fees that add up to why the cash price is $11,000 extra. I made a down payment and still have over $18,000 in a loan to pay! I even refused all extra additions that would add to the price of the car, including gap insurance and a service warranty with the dealer. Talked with Ryan (sales manager) over the phone prior to coming 2.5hrs away for the 2016 Escalade ESV with 89k miles for $26.5k. Was given a range for both my trades and told him I had financing, was never told about a price change prior to coming in 4 days later. Showed up today, was give immediate trade price without even inspecting them, 5k for a 2016 zx14r and 8.5k for my 04 cummins. Sales rep asked if I was ok with this, I said yes if the price is still 26.5k (the escalade had the service suspension warning and the service leveling system warning) drove it only around the block and drives front wheel felt bent or off weight (shaking slightly). I have paper confirmation from them that it will be cancelled, but till now its on my credit, and my Bank has no information about cancellation and charges me. They sold me a Range Rover with a broken engine ( head gasket ) till now, the dealership hasn't fixed it. I asked them to provide me with car or rent me a car while they were fixing my car, but they refused to do it I never got a call back and couldn't reach them again. I have left reviews on Google as well as Dealer Rater, but I can't stat enough how big of a scam this place is. I went in to buy a Subaru WRX STI which I saw on their website listed at $23,990. After test driving and sitting down with finance, despite putting down $8,000, after all of these undisclosed fees, I now owe $30,000 on the car (so a $24k car is really being sold at $38k) Then as soon as I drove off the lot, the check engine light came on, and I turned back around, went up to my salesman Rashon Martin, told him and he jumped out of his seat and yelled at me "Yo why would you say that in front of my customer?? Why would you try to sabotage me like that??" Turns out there were no catalytic converters on the car, which nobody was going to disclose to me. After that, they agreed to fix it, and when I got home, the check engine light came back on because of an air pump valve malfunction. I left a negative review with my experience on Google and they responded saying "we do honor the 30 days return policy, we sell all our cars with 30 days return policy to avoid any future problems with our clients. a '' scam place of business'' won't take their product back and won't even fix it for the customer.", so I called them about that, and GM Ryan [don't know his last name or I'd leave it] told me that there is fine print where that is only for certain repairs that they can't fix. Despite not seeing any of this fine print in my contract, I asked him to send me the contract where it says that and then heard nothing back from him all day even though I called back about 5 times to speak with him. Pretty awful experience first time financing a car. I put 4k down on a car that was listed for 17k online. They said the Tesla tax credit is only available at tax time which makes the car 21k. I didn't realize till now that my loan is 22k my 4k has completely disappeared and I'm pretty sure the tax credit thing might be a lie. I originally tried to leave when seeing the numbers but Aron came outside and said he'd lose his job if I left. I then got swindled into a dream of refinancing in 6 months. Fine whatever atleast I like the car. I now find out the car that was sold to mes battery is in terrible health roughly 15-20% worse than what it's average is for years and miles. Edit/ update went to file taxes and they haven't filed the proper paperwork or the car isn't eligible even tho they said it was at the time of sale. I've called the dealership 5+ times always "unavailable" or will hang up when you ask to speak to any manager. Terribly run business and will be suing. read more

Having spied a vehicle in which I was interested, I decided to contact Excel Auto to inquire as to whether the afore mention car was still available, and if the listing price was correct. It's availability and price were confirmed both by email, and phone...ticking those boxes. Wishing only to finance a modest amount, I pre-qualified for financing with USAA (which is perennially great to deal with). This should have been a very simple transaction. My down payment + the remainder with a quick phone call to my fav. gal at USAA, and done deal, right? Feeling confident that enough diligence had been done to warrant the trip, my compatriot and I took the 60 mile drive from Philadelphia up to East Windsor. After taking the vehicle for a test drive, we sat down with a gentleman to crunch some numbers. Commence derailment. The first oddity is that the sticker price changes if you wish to use your own lender. Why? Does the value of the vehicle change based upon the source of the money? Of course, not - only the dealership's %. You have great credit Jer, why not explore financing with the dealership, you say? That leads me to the second oddity. If one finances through Excel Auto, there exists a maintenance "package" which totals $3-5k, and is mandatory. They need different verbiage - a package implies consent. So, let's get this straight: if you have your own financing, the price of the vehicle magically increases, and if you finance through the dealer there is a mandatory $3-5k tacked onto the sticker price. Everyone following me???? To sum up, the price is not the price, and they think you ought to be thankful for getting banged over the head for a car you can easily afford without their "help". This practice is so obviously, and so egregiously unethical that I would be galactically embarrassed to even present such dishonest and greedy tactics to another human being. My stomach turns thinking about it. Do not drive 60 miles to visit. Do not drive 30, 15, 5, or 1 mile to visit. I finally got a manager who told me they don't sell warranties unless they are in house which is a big fat lie since they sold me one. He told me he would look into it and figure it out. Never got a call back and couldn't reach him again. Needless to say I have now filed something against them with the district attorney, the division of consumer affairs, sent stuff to the dmv and am now going after them in small claims court. I purchased a car from them September 2024, first problem I had with them was it took four months to get license plates and registration for vehicle have to contact them every week. I finally receive them. Second problem was while on the test drive. I noticed the check engine light was on. I was told it was just a sensor that needed to be replaced and they would put the order in and call me when the part came in. after waiting four months, they never called me. I decided to bring it to my mechanic to see what the problem was, and to have inspected my mechanic stated the catalytic converter had several cracks in it , and I would need to get it replaced on top. All of that my mechanic stated the cracks were attempted to be covered up with muffler cement my third issue I have with them is they sell you a maintenance package that you cannot use as they repeatedly say they cannot book an appointment for three weeks when I stated I will leave the car there. They stated they cannot store it at their facilities. They are a very disgusting dealership that force their customers to give good reviews before even before even only the vehicle with this review if they attempted to dispute anything I am saying I will post pictures and evidence of all the wrongdoing. Unprofessional and untrustworthy! I visited the dealership 2 weeks ago to see a car I was interested in. When I got there, I was told the car needed repairs before it could be sold so l asked the dealer to let me know when the car was ready to be sold (the car should not have been for sale on the website before the repairs were done anyway). I followed up multiple times over the weeks to confirm my interest. I was advised the car would be ready today and I let the dealership know what time I would be coming. On my way to the dealership, they even texted me to confirm I was coming and I immediately replied. When I arrived to the dealership the "manager" asked me a few questions then left me waiting in the lobby.
