Yesterday, I decided to go get it. Unfortunately, everything on display is changed in the middle of the aisles. I looked aisle by aisle, couldn't find the ready-made shoe rack. I finally asked an employee, she pointed me to the folding shoe racks in storage section. The quality was not the same. I bought it and found the size mismatched. I have to return it. Such a bummer. Shopping here is like going to a flea market. It's really a hit and miss. That's why I bought an indoor/outdoor thermometer. I know it won't be there if I decide to buy it later.

To make matters worse the price tag sticker of one pillow came off and the sticker read $19.99 but the price was $16.99. Same as the curtains that were priced $22.99 but under the sticker was $19.99 They tried to cover the original price with an overpriced one. I won't be returning to this store ever again.

I returned to the store to ask for a replacement since they sold me a rotted plant. They said they do not allow for exchange or returns. I insisten that it was not a voluntary change or return because they sold me a detective plant. They refused to help me. I am very disappointed that the company would not care about the quality of the plants it sells.

September 27th Damaged product, delivery rejected October 4th Wrong Make/Model installed October 11th Damaged product, delivery rejected - promised White Glove Deliver on following delivery October 18th NOT White Glove Delivery, wrong team sent (needed hard wiring) October 22nd Finally, correct delivery along with install team, promised to be first delivery stop, but alas another miscommunication, and I was the third delivery of the day. As you can see, I spent four Saturday's waiting on Home Depot and finally taking a half-day off work to once again wait on Home Depot. The situation caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, something I never expected from a company I've trusted for years. Given what I've endured, I am respectfully asking that Home Depot acknowledge this experience and offer appropriate compensation for the hardship and inconvenience I was put through. I truly hope this message reaches someone who understands the importance of standing behind your customers when things go wrong. I look forward to hearing back soon with a fair resolution.

Pretty much everything on offer is better than the bath we have so I'm not sure what we are doing wrong. Baths, eh. I guess they've come a long way in the last few years.
