Got them back, they did the "original hem" method without asking me. Looks ridiculous--they cut off the original hems and sewed them back on. These jeans were unwashed with a really long tapered inseam, so the so the hems looked like they're cinched up. Really messy sewing inside and did the seams differently on either leg. Heed the other one star reviews.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!! RUINED MY WEDDING DRESS. I am not one to trash businesses on the internet,…read morebut I emailed them and received no response so here goes. I went here to have the zipper lowered and the bust taken of my wedding gown, but when I went to pick the dress up I could not even step into it as I had been able to before I dropped it off. The seamstress told me she "cut the zipper"--rather than lowering the zipper as I requested. Upon climbing in from the bottom, the seamstress insinuated it was because my waist had grown 5 inches since I dropped it off and said with a 24" waist there's no way this would fit me. I left and went straight to another alterations place, and upon opening the seams to see what had been done, so much of the fabric had been cut it's basically not salvageable. Not to mention it was a complete hack job, and the waist is uneven and looks horrific. This was a complete disaster and advertisements that they handle bridal alterations are false, misleading, negligent, and should not be trusted!!!!

After buying my dress at The White Gown (which was great), I was introduced to Natasha to tailor my…read moredress. Natasha altered it well, and it fit before I left the store - however, upon getting to my wedding and hanging up my dress, we realized the inner most layer of fabric still had about 10 safety pins in it and the hem was never finished. I was constantly stepping on the innermost layer. Also, she had told me she would add to the bustle on the dress to be more secure, which was not done. The bustle broke off the dress, and the back of the dress ended up having to be safety pinned in order for me to dance during the evening. If not for having very crafty friends and family, the poor job Natasha did would have really affected the evening. If given Natasha as a seamstress, ensure everything you've asked for is 100% completed before leaving.
