Appliances department does want he wants without even letting you know about the changes or delays. Since I have a 9-5 job I booked an evening appointment with a technician. We needed to get into the telephone room so I called the building manager at 7:30pm to see if he could unlock it. According to CLV 's policy: managers are NOT allowed to unlock the room after business hours ... not sure how long my internet is going to be out for. If you like internet these guys aren't for you. Everything else has been fine though.

The situation is that my monthly rent amount prior to the increase was $1,191. On the effective month of the increas, CLV Group Inc. started deducting $1,1246.41 which is obviously more than 2.5%. On two occasions I requested an explanation re the calculation without any response. CLV Group Inc. closed their in-person office 485 Bank St. Perhaps because they don't want to deal with face to face complaints. Again, when looking for a rental, make sure you stay away from CLV Group Inc. (173 Cooper St.)
