This is a great wee Mediterranean-style bistro round the corner from the top of Hope Street, so it's a bit out of the way, but definitely worth seeking out if you're looking for some pre-theatre grub and can't find a table in other nearby eateries.
The menu is divided, tapas-style, into 'side bites' and 'small plates' and is not hugely extensive, but there's enough variety to tantalise most taste buds. If you're starving, I would suggest maybe one small plate and two sides, or split three small plates between two.

We followed that with the Sicilian lemon tart, which I must say was extremely tart! Just yummy all round.
Prices were not too bad, although it would be easy to order too many dishes and end up paying quite a bit (which is always the main problem with tapas bars for me!). I could probably have squeezed in another side dish if I hadn't had the dessert, but as things stood I felt replete without being stuffed. Evoo is one to remember. read more
