Both my daughter and I got pedicures and my daughter also got a manicure, no gel (my daughter is 10). They said they couldn't do a design on her nails cause she wasn't getting gel, they could only use stickers? My pedicure was mediocre, I've never had a tech immediately go in with an electric file. I guess she assumed I had gel on my toenails? I paid for the pamper me pedi, but it felt very basic. The pedicure itself was sloppy. My daughter's pedicure was good. However her manicure chipped in a day. I get that regular polish chips much more quickly than gel, but if they only want to work with gel polish, then they shouldn't offer regular polish. I was disappointed in the end. It felt like we were being penalized for not getting gel. Even though we had an appointment, I felt like we were in the way. I'm so sad, I really thought I had found my nail shop.

What could have been a 40 minute visit took twice as long. $65 also felt excessive for regular polish, I've gotten gel polish for that amount at other salons. Customer service was also meh - she seemed annoyed when I asked to swap out the color after testing it on one nail and didn't recommend any additional services like at other salons.
