I've been a patient of repeated physical therapy care and always the same thing - do clam shells and it'll go away, money down the drain. My hip dysfunction was affecting back muscles in a way that actually messed up my shoulders even. Thomas understands the issues I have going on, and took the time to help get the proper muscles loosened up so they can move, showed me the way to actually recruit the right muscles (so clam shells werent just strengthening an already overpowered TFL) and helped my pain mostly go away. A few more sessions and I should be there, better at 43 than I was at 23. Cannot recommend this place, or Thomas, enough! read more

When I met him, I had honestly turned into a Grinch with a very negative outlook given my chronic pain and non-existent range of motion due to injuries.
