Because he cleaned up my Desktop Computer of a Fake FBI Hack from my computer, discovered my video card fan stopped working, cpu was over heating cause of old temp paste and hard drive was lagging hard even aftyer fresh in stall of Windows, so I agreed to have it replaced as well for a total cost of $155 plus recommended me to get a new mouse and where to get a good one myself, which I did do later that evening. (I figured any place would for a phone that is 7yrs old) It came in and was quick and easy to replace. That night I realized my phone wouldn't take a charge. I brought it back to them they worked there magic and got it functioning like new again. Great customer service. Being without a device we sadly relay probably to much on these days was very stressful and they went above and beyond to get me going again!!!

They confused the passcodes so they were unable to even start and yet they didn't bother to contact me for clarification. No call for 5 hrs. I called to check on the progress and was able to give them the code (again). Next day...no call. I called at 1:30 and was told it would be ready in 1 hr, maximum 2 hrs. .... 3 hrs later, no call and approaching closing time ...I go there. They had done nothing because they didn't have the iCloud pssscode.......again, no effort to contact me for that information. I took my phones and left. 2 DAYS wasted. Not sure if they can competently repair phones...... they don't competently run their business .

Hire people in the cell phone area that are trained in cell phones. They entered information wrong…read moreand my cell phone was not hooked up completely. I had to go to Verizon and have them enter transfer pins correctly and enter zip codes correctly. It was about a 6 hour process and it's still not completed. Don't buy a phone at Best Buy!
